Hi guys, I rented a unfinished apt. In Valencia. It came with barking dogs, roosters and people putting there speakers outside and blasting. The PH has to have the most noise anywhere. The cost of buying furniture and having it delivered was super high. Be careful and take your time looking for a place, good luck.
Yes thats the dangers You should be always aware before You decide to rent, also water shortages and problems with internet. But i can tell You it's not bad here in bacong, soon i hope we will vlog the house.

Yeah, the dogs are too much!! I can handle roosters, but uncontrolled barking is horrible. I dont understand why the really have no control on that, i did notice the one apartment had no barking, maybe the landlord was smart and not allow dogs, hey what a novel idea!!! "No dog allowed".... love your channel thanks for sharing!

I worked in Hawaii for a year, I have a friend lives in Maui so I spent a couple weeks with him. They have a black sand beach, red sand beach and regular sand beaches...
But best of all was checking out @15:10 "All of those tourists covered in oil..." -Jimmy Buffet! :P

Oh no, you’re moving out of Siquijor when I haven’t had much virtual adventure in Siquijor. Though it would be exciting since I used to live in Dumaguete when I was studying at Silliman. I’m sure so many changes since the last time we were there.
We've done more than 100 vlogs on Siquijor, so you probably have a lot more to watch, now it's time for Dumagete and the surrounding area, on Siquior we'll definitely be back.

You and your wife met each other the exact same way that myself and my fiance Jean met each other my name is Ken and her and I have been chatting with each other online and video chatting since December of 2019 and my plan is to move there with her before the end of 2023 or before she shoots me hahaha she has been bugging me to come there but with everything that happened with the covid and pandemic I wasn't able to go anywhere and she lost her job we had a lot of issues we almost lost each other for a while there we both got very sick I thought I was going to lose her she almost died when she got covid was very very sick but your videos are very informative and very entertaining and very very helpful and I again just want to tell you I love your videos and I think the two of you very much for posting what you do in letting people see how you live and see how things are where you are living and how much things cost I hope that you could answer my messages when you get a chance and we could chat with each other sometime I would really like that

It's certainly not bad and although not being luxury in any way it's good by European standards. You of course also have lots of space.
We don't need luxuries, i will always look to spend as less ass possible for rent. After half year i can say its nice house and we're good here.

They said their plan is to move around. Maybe 6-12 months in each place so they get to see different parts of PH. Sounds like a good idea if you're OK with moving often. Maybe they will even branch out to other SE Asian countries?
I've rented a couple of places in Asia that would just a headache about twice a week near a temple and explosives celebration weddings funeral pyre Extremely Loud and that's not to mention the occasional dog nearby. The Philippines is one of the worst for out of control dog population as well as Associated rabies. Probably 3/4 of the places they would try to show me would have barking dogs so just be a huge waste of time. If it costs more for quiet then I pay more. Best of luck on your new adventure
Dogs so far are not problematic, there are also no roosters 🐓 and karaoke nearby so it's not too bad so far, we'll show you the place soon. Today we welcome a new neighbor from Poland, who is one of our subscribers.

We need new topics for vlogging, its Bacong 6km from Dumaguete so should be fine, at least less noise than in our Siquijor house next to the main road. Close to Dauin so nice beach and dive sites. Close to Apo island, cool place for dive trips. Nice closed space for Anton far from the road. We keep our house on Siquijor so we can go there anytime we like and this rent is only for 6 months if we don't like this place we can move on. Starship is going with us, also Magdalena and my motorbike. Peace bro!
