I really like the mix between eagle eye view and then switching to a small infantry squad or something. That way you can root for them and it builds up tension when they get killed
Another great video Diplex. I really like the shots from just behind & above the trenches/attacking soldiers. Gives a good mix of being able to see an overview of the battle, but also low enough that you can imagine being on the ground trying to see the enemy through the trees & other obstacles.
Watching your videos over the years, you can really see everything you've learned from messing with the camera in these games. That introduction was phenomenal.

@DiplexHeated My mod has all of these things combined into one, you should check it out sometime. The sounds are nowhere near as good as this, but it has longer range and realistic damage and some other goodies, still a wip.

When that mass of Russians was coming up the road to reinforce the assault on the German left flank it would have been cool to have had a close up of them. Lots of great detail in this game. Too bad you can't go in as a first person soldier to participate in the battle.
Why did you script those German artillery pieces to get shot up and not even used in the front line? Led to a boring and virtually a cake walk for the Russians on the German right. There should’ve been more resistance to that Russian offensive after all the German detachment around narva held the reds for 6 months before that region fell
most Battle were Lonng Range something the creators of GoH should have well thought of adding to the game offtne wondered something does not feel right battle were just far to colse.
Narva is my favorite ww2 front. If you want it to be more accurate you should use foreign SS supported by Stugs and a handful of artillery. The soviets would be supported by lots of t-34-85 and IS tanks. Probably have more artillery (one of the largest bombardments of the eastern front) and some il 2 airstrikes

probably didnt script it. just scripted them to shell that area and land on those. pretty sure thats how he does it
