Nick Wright lol look at her old videos and pics when she said she was natural way bigger way more ripped. She's tiny here for her normal natural supplements
Also, I'm gonna have to take a trip to Warhouse after this.. I live 30 minutes away, but that 5 minute drive to the commercial gym has always been too tempting. Seeing the extra equipment and a bit more of the atmosphere, consider me convinced.
I LOVE this style of video! Please do more videos like this. I think the voice over explaining what you are doing and why is great! Very informative! I prefer this to music playing. I hope you'll continue to put out more content like this!
Been following and casually watching Dana's UA-cam over 4 years. Her mindset is something I truly admire. Her positive mindset and passion for weightlifting is remarkable and that is why she is so inspiring!!
i'm turning 45 this year and started lifting/training consistently 2.5 years ago. i go back to DLB videos for inspiration and to learn something new each time about the basic moves she shares in the videos. it's always back to basics for me when i hit plateaus. love ya'll🌹🌺🌸
about time we get a dana training video . its been too long . ive been following her workout vids for like 5 years now. love every one. she is amazing.
Please, PLEASE Dana, do more of these. So impressed with the format. The instructional way it was presented was informative, but the visuals showed the form perfectly. Looking forward to more of these please.
I love the voice over with dead silence in the background. It really helps when you give little tips, rather than just you lifting to music. Keep them coming!!! ❤️
I love the voice over! I love hearing what you are doing related to movements, form, issues, beliefs, strategies and philosophy. The video was beautiful.
I loved the voice over!! And I agree with all the comments about the silence and no music. I hadn't realized but it does make it a little hard to concentrate on the moves/workout. Digging this style!!
I'm a new follower and I've got to say, I LOVE the way you did this video. No music and voice over is awesome. I watch to learn and for me the music is distracting. Your voice is easy to listen to, you're clear and easy to understand and you're very informative. Thanks for a quality video I can actually learn something from!
This was so awesome!!!!!!. The voice over is very helpful. It is nice hear your thoughts and explanation as you go through the workout. Keep these up!!!!
I love seeing your videos. There great with music or, just your voice.Lighter weight heavy wraps, you can’t go wrong with that.I love the changeup. The way you psych body out.
I live in a tiny rural town with no gym. Dana, you are my coach when I'm hitting all the weights in my spare bedroom. I've learned so many things from you and the voice over is so appreciated. I hope you'll do more. Tell me all the things about those shoulders!!
I really loved this video, your voice over was very informative and I will be trying out this work out. I hope that you will post more. Love, from Qc xx
Straight forward simple and always motivational. And you could be reciting nursery rhymes and it would sound cool. Lol !!!Gettin it done. Thank you .Stuart Johnston.Canada.
thank you for who you are and what you stand for Miss Dana. love the videos keep them coming. I'm sixty years old I have been working out with weights for about 3 years. I think women have always been taught lightweights lots of cardio and starvation. through your Channel I have learned but that's not even close to the truth. once again thank you for what you and your husband do and represent
Definitely, definitely keep doing these videos! The voiceover is extremely helpful in explaining your workout paired with the video of you actually doing it.
Love this! Please do more DLB! It's awesome to get to see the work you put in and the workouts that have gotten you there. You are such an inspiration, love you!!!
Loved it. I love the voiceover with detailed description. So nice seeing the rest faces, too. I'm obsessed with your personality, thank you for sharing your life with us.
I appreciate the voice over and silence. It helps me focus on the form of the movement and watch if I am doing it anywhere near correct. Don't worry though when I'm doing this workout or any it is usually to RB&THS! Really makes me believe I can lift that heavy weight.
Love the video, please keep the voice over because it's easy to follow with your explanation. It feels like way too long a time since your last video so Keep em coming lady!! Nice to have you back!
I don't know why but every time I see a Dlb video I just get so motivated about training, I love the passion that you have for the sport. peace and love from Mexico :)
Love the silence and the voice over. Great video, great instructions learned a bunch. Thank you! Tell Rob to post a video once in awhile even if its not daily. Miss it, the farm and the interaction of good people.
Loved the voice over, and loved NOT having music. Music can be motivational sometimes, especially if people are watching strictly for the video content vs. voice. However, having you explain the exercises without having music detracting from it was great!
You are such an inspiration. i enjoy the voice over , i find it helpful when you explain the movement and what muscle you are working. Hope to see more like this.
love the voice over. I like how you explain what and why and you are doing what your doing. I like seeing different ways to try the same old workouts. I think you should do once a week with voice over!
Voice over works well. Can focus on what your doing in the moment and then explain it all after in a much calmer fashion. Plus you have a great voice. I enjoyed it.
PLEASE, KEEP DOING THESE VIDEOS DANA! I follow all of ur videos and like to do your workouts! Awesome video and u explain everything well. KEEP EM COMING! 👍🏾💪🏾✌🏾
I enjoyed this video! I will definitely add this to my workout rountine; something fun for me and my sister to do when we workout together. at my largest I was 275 at 6'3 and I lost 55 lbs a few years back; fell in love and out of love with working out and having trouble eating enough calories and the correct foods for my busy schedule and eventually plateaued. Gained 30 or so of the lbs; changed gyms so that I can feel motivated and comfortable to walk in; I am rededicating myself and working out 2-3 days a week and eating more balanced meals.Your videos keep me motivated and inspired to keep it going and live the healthiest life I possibly can for me.
Can't wait to try this!!!! Love you Dana!!! More training videos.... abs training please! I'm competing, and I need to bring my abs up big time, as well as glutes and hams. Thank you you are the best
Yes please, do more voiceovers! Also its nice when they film from a distance instead of going up close, cus sometimes I'm thinking how do you position your feet on this one, or whats the stance. Especially on cable work, I would like to see the whole person.
this is great. Love getting tips and seeing new things to add to a workout. I've been lifting for over twenty years and you make me want to keep lifting, and go hard so thank you. Keep 'em coming!
I enjoy this video format. without music I can listen to you explaining the work out and really focus in on the workout without something else subconsciously distracting me
I broked my both wrist and i always do strech and movements with an elastic band before training that helps a lot and now i don't feel any kind of pain .
Missing your vids Dana! Thanks for this awesome one too. Absolutely loving the quiet background, just your voice and the iron ..... loooovvveeeee it! ❤️❤️❤️
I really dig the voice over as you're going through the workouts. It allows the person to watch what you're doing, but listen to what you're doing with the lift at the same time rather than splitting the two things apart. Maybe add a list at the beginning of the video of the things you'll be going over...?
Awesome , love it! Great to see you work out and hear your highly valued opinion and thinking process you provide about your workout! Keep them coming PLEASE!
love this workout!!! you have a great voice, that is the least of our concerns. Form is awesome and giving reasons for doing what you are doing is very helpful. Thanks for making the video!
I love this video!!! your voice is right and the way you explain each exercise just amazing! I hope someday I'll get to visit the warehouse gym and meet the Baileys!!! I love and admire you D.
Love this video!!! Great inspiration for tomorrow's leg day. Not sure how my quads will tackle 100 leg extensions but I'm gonna try! I'd also like to see you making this kind of video working back and biceps or just back. Your back is AMAZING!
I love your voice, I been following for about 6 years and this is the most beautiful video I've seen. Even though I really enjoy the songs you guys play
The SSB is awesome. After years of normal back squatting 3x p/wk for powerlifting, I started to develop bicep tendonitis. So when I was able to back squat w/hands in front it was a god send. Now after a lot of lacrosse ball work and shoulder dislocation stretches, I'm able to still traditional barbel squat. However, now when I squat 2x p/wk, I'll still use the SSB for one of the workouts.
i love the sound,, no music in the gym.. just the bar and plates making noise! best feeling ever!
*edit*
is it only me or do we want more content from dana? like back in the days!?
Andreas Rola actually your right I loved the clink of the weights
steroids
yeah its great for when someone farts :)
Nick Wright lol look at her old videos and pics when she said she was natural way bigger way more ripped. She's tiny here for her normal natural supplements
I'm surprisingly a huge fan of the dead silence in the background. No music, nothing. It was really calming and got me dialed in to the workout.
Also, I'm gonna have to take a trip to Warhouse after this.. I live 30 minutes away, but that 5 minute drive to the commercial gym has always been too tempting. Seeing the extra equipment and a bit more of the atmosphere, consider me convinced.
same here!!!
Rave7wist I agree. Very calming
Same!!!
I agree!
I LOVE this style of video! Please do more videos like this. I think the voice over explaining what you are doing and why is great! Very informative! I prefer this to music playing. I hope you'll continue to put out more content like this!
You're an inspiration! At 56 years old, I'm starting to workout again, thank you! ❤ Love the voice over!
Yo Good luck 💙
Always good to see your videos. I like the voice over 👌

more videos shot like this please. Just you and a voice over. Very informative and straight to the point. Excellent!
I love seeing your videos. There great with music or, just your voice.Lighter weight heavy wraps, you can’t go wrong with that.I love the changeup. The way you psych body out.
Perfect upload! V/O and weights clanging is all we need. Thumbs up every single time! Love ya DLB!

I really like this style of video, it's nice to have no music and just her explaining everything.
Love this new video style; massively informative, easy to understand, no background diversions...TERRIFIC. Please do more like this.
Great. The Voice over really helps too. Every min feels worth watching

I love the voice over! Over the past few months I’ve learned more about you guys and your brands. I love what you guys stand for! This video rocks!❤️
Love the video, please keep the voice over because it's easy to follow with your explanation. It feels like way too long a time since your last video so Keep em coming lady!! Nice to have you back!
Voice over is great! As others commented, it's great there was no music at all. Just your voice and clanking weights, which made it easy to listen to.
I don't know why but every time I see a Dlb video I just get so motivated about training, I love the passion that you have for the sport. peace and love from Mexico :)
Finally the queen is back.
I love everything -the voiceover, commenting on the exercises and explanation... Please do more of these! Really motivating 😊
Love the silence and the voice over. Great video, great instructions learned a bunch. Thank you! Tell Rob to post a video once in awhile even if its not daily. Miss it, the farm and the interaction of good people.
Love the voice over DLB. Def sustain! Always enjoy your videos. No music, dead silence... makes me want to lift something heavy 💪
I really liked this video! Just you doing your thing no busy background and no loud music while you were talking. Definately do more of these vids!
Love the voice over. Looked like you could focus more on your workout without having to explain it all while you were doing it.
I loved this, especially with the added voice over. I like to know why people are doing exercises, not just that they're doing them!
love the voice over! definitely keep putting these out Dana! me and my fiance miss all your daily videos!! :))
Loved the voice over, and loved NOT having music. Music can be motivational sometimes, especially if people are watching strictly for the video content vs. voice. However, having you explain the exercises without having music detracting from it was great!

Definitely love the voice overs. Sharing why and how you do something is very informative and helpful to us new lifters.
I loved it. I started incorporating isometric holds into my leg extensions and hamstring curls, try it, it is amazing.
I loved it and especially how you went into the why's and how's of your work out!!!
Huge fan of Dana as both a fitness professional AND a person. She is amazing. Great video!

I really dig the voice over as you're going through the workouts. It allows the person to watch what you're doing, but listen to what you're doing with the lift at the same time rather than splitting the two things apart. Maybe add a list at the beginning of the video of the things you'll be going over...?
