Great video once again! Slightly off topic regarding your favourite mod lol Catch Can! If you’ve purchased a vehicle with one what’s the process of removing it ? Everyone has info up on installing them..
Just pull the vacuum hose iff on 1kz and put ball bearing in line . But best to temove intake manifold and clear out as cylinder number three will be chogged with crap.
We fitted the 7mm restrictor to our 07 1kd after doing a manifold / elbow clean, it now throws a egr low flow error occasionally, should i open the 7mm hole up ?
The devil is in the detail....listen CAREFULLY to Anthony’s advice/tips! Do bolts finger tight until they’re all in..... Put plate on cooler face to line up on studs.....REMEMBER to put back the plug on the common rail. (Otherwise you’ll trigger a warning light and it will run rough!) 😂😂😳😬
Takes 5 minutes to do just remove the battery and the plastic sht from off the engine un clip 1 connection to injectors and loosen off the closest bolt holding the egr down and in there

nice video guys, my egr doesnt have all those coolent lines etc, it has a straight pipe from the engine to the valve ,can i block mine completely ?

I'd decided that my 7mm reduction place is for race use only.....
For off-road only use, and disabling the ERG with a complete blocking plate - is the only downside the warning light / error code comes on?
Yes and throws the car Into limp mode, just get it tuned out, $200 at most tuner shops

Why does it need the go before the cooler and not after? Wouldn't have thought it would make any difference?
