    how would you diagnose ocd because i get intrusive thoughts everday that causes me distress my as a result i pray or argue with the thought

    If OCD relapses and setbacks can be managed then why is it like some people are able to manage the relapses comfortably while the others get stuck??
    This is the new thought coming in my mind as I've learnt to manage my OCD after battling a particular theme..

    That’s one of my current problems. I try my exposures. From smallest to larger and I get good but if I don’t do it everyday I feel as though I lost a lot of confidence. My biggest trigger is people so if I end up exposing and being able to handle a grocery store, I won’t be able to do it again unless I stay consistent. But the good thing is I realize I am being hard on myself and it’s better and better each time
