Thank you for this video, Sam. It’s like you’ve shared exactly what’s going on in my brain during my recent relapse. Your words of encouragement are much appreciated and helpful to remember that just my OCD trying to get to me again. Thank you.
Ocd is constantly throwing up stuff. It takes hard work and you can’t let it win. Keep ignoring and living life. Love yourself and realize it’s ocd trying to be sneaky. I had to learn alot of self love this relapse
Every word that is coming out of your mouth is completely true and i mean every word. I pray that everyone will listen to this.
Thanks Anne, very kind words!

Great video. Definitely hope and never giving up. There’s a light at the end of the tunnel and eventually you learn how to be smarter than ocd
Thanks for this. Had a severe relapse and I think these videos and suggestions have saved my life.

Thanks. Great video
What happens when I blurted my intrusive thought out and called my partner the p word and can’t stop worrying that I’m never gonna get over it
But you saying you can stand it again but what if it makes you feel the worst ever
‘The worst ever’ is the problem there. Very uncomfortable and frustrating yes but not totally unbearable
