My first concert was here and the whole experience was just outstanding. Prague is one of the best cities to visit with cheap beer everywhere you go ;).
i was first time in 86 in Metallica and last Live show in Czech Republic was my17 live show of metal legend . As Always awesome. I specialy goes on those show from Poland and i'm 100% sure that live show was worth every money to see Metallica again.
Whether you were there in '86 when it dropped, or if you went back and checked it out after the band blew up in '91, or (like me) you found the CD in your parents' collection as a teenager, or you played Guitar Hero, or you heard it on Stranger Things, all that matters is this:
You're here. You're not alone. You're a part of the Metallica family. And we're glad to have ya \m/ \m/
James Hetfield of 30 years ago would cringe his ass off at the phrase “Metallica family”
This comment nails it. Come one, come all. No room for elitests in these parts.
@@yourfriendlyneighbourhoods8202 Ever read the lyrics to Metal Militia? I think maybe the exact words he'd laugh at, but he'd surely agree with the sentiment.
@@yourfriendlyneighbourhoods8202 James of 30 years ago was a deeply unhealthy person and he's in a much happier place with his life now
🤘💚🤘
My 18 year old pulled into the house jamming Metallica in his car. Proud papa moment
Love how the crowd sings the solo melody during the first part where it’s harmonizing
Man, these guys are killing it. I can't believe how they just keep getting better and better. I'm definitely looking forward to a new album with this technical fire and energy they have found, post-pandemic. I mean, they are sounding better than they EVER have and everyone seems to be having a good time, doing what they're doing. It's a good time to be a Metallica fan! :)
You've said everything I was going to say, so I don't need to repeat it in the comments. These shows are incredible sounding.
You should have seen them with Mustane and Burton. ... these guys aren't half that fast.
@@ChurchNietzsche they’re pushing 60 and it’s not all about speed.
@@SyeDrums it was never all about speed.
It is also about "Writing Ability" ... and Dave Mustane is better, and faster.
@@ChurchNietzsche so you’ve contradicted yourself in one comment, congratulations
Big shoutouts to Stanger Things for putting this banger in number 1 on the charts!!
shut up my god
Putting it back in its rightful place, where it should be.
I like this song because of Metallica not because of Stranger Things but it's cool to know that it's in there
True bro, following them since before the series ever came.
@@arnavkhandekar166 as are millions and millions of fans, but it's great that there are more *because* of Stranger Things 😊
this song has so much meaning. drug addiction, the effects of it, and how it destroys you and everyone around you. i love you Metallica im 25 and i grew up with you bc of my dad. i was rocking to this song at 4 years old!
OMG! James's voice is amazing. It's just gets better and better 🖤🤟
I was there. Last time I saw Metallica was in Vienna 2019. In Prague was amazing set list, sound, energy, people... Everything. Hope to see Metallica again and again🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Yeah I drove you both times Vienna and Prague...next year again

3:41- 5:22 The interlude is such a beautiful piece. What an absolutely epic song.
my favorite part
I was there for my first ever Metallica concert. After travelling for almost 11 hours I finally saw them live. This was the moment that "brought it home" for me.
Wow! Potrafię to sobie wyobrazić!
Ja 11 z Gdańska tam jechałem❤
Pancakes Go! 🥞
Master of pancakes

Breakfast at James place Yeah!
🎉🎉🎉😊0😅😮😮
Lol
I was there and that was my first concert of Metallica 🤘🔥🔥
SAME!:D
Same here. It was epic! :)
This sounds absolutely incredible, might be the best live show of MoP that theyve posted recently
Yeah I was there and I was shocked how good they were playing it
I didn’t know this awesome song until I watched Stranger Things.
I never heard it before but still I recognize it thanks to James’s voice.
🎸🤘
glad you know about it now, hope you discover more metallica songs too. i would check out One by Metallica next
I highly recommend Creeping Death from the truly epic album Ride the Lightning.
Blackened and Battery as well!!!! 🖤🖤🙌👌
Ignoranton gratulujemy sukcesu. Nie wiedzą gdzie leży Praga a ich największym odkryciem jest nowy serial na platformie Netflix.
They still got that magic through the years!!! 🤟🤟🤟🤟🔥🔥🔥
Live, there's not many bands which can come close to these guys...amazing to see how good they still are in concert
These guys are amazing as always. I don't want to even think of a time when they wont be touring/playing anymore. Makes me sad. Long live Metallica.
Loved the extra "pinch harmonic" in the Stranger Things version, (you will know what I'm talking about), but then, there's the real stuff, love you Metallica, keep going forever.
There's a slight pinch in the studio version as well
I can finally say I WAS FUCKING THERE! Front row baby, every part of my body aching after 14 hours of standing but it was worth it! I remember James leaning against his guitar and just enjoying the fireworks at the end. That's an image that sticks...
LYRICS!!!
End of passion play, crumbling away
I'm your source of self-destruction
Veins that pump with fear
Sucking darkest clear
Feeding on your death's construction
Taste me and you will see
More is all you need
Dedicated to
How I'm killing you
Come crawling faster
Obey your master
Your life burns faster
Obey your master
Master
Master of puppets I'm pulling your strings
Twisting your mind and smashing your dreams
Blinded by me, you can't see a thing
Just call my name, 'cause I'll hear you scream
Master
Master
Just call my name, 'cause I'll hear you scream
Master
Master
Needlework the way, never you betray
Life of death becoming clearer
Pain monopoly, ritual misery
Chop your breakfast on a mirror
Taste me and you will see
More is all you need
Dedicated to
How I'm killing you
Come crawling faster
Obey your master
Your life burns faster
Obey your master
Master
Master of puppets I'm pulling your strings
Twisting your mind and smashing your dreams
Blinded by me, you can't see a thing
Just call my name, 'cause I'll hear you scream
Master
Master
Just call my name, 'cause I'll hear you scream
Master
Master
Master, master
Where's the dreams that I've been after?
Master, master
You promised only lies
Laughter, laughter
All I hear and see is laughter
Laughter, laughter
Laughing at my cries
Fix me
Hell is worth all that
Natural habitat
Just a rhyme without a reason
Neverending maze
Drift on numbered days
Now your life is out of season
I will occupy
I will help you die
I will run through you
Now I rule you too
Come crawling faster
Obey your Master
Your life burns faster
Obey your Master
Master
Master of Puppets I'm pulling your strings
Twisting your mind and smashing your dreams
Blinded by me, you can't see a thing
Just call my name, 'cause I'll hear you scream
Master
Master
Just call my name, 'cause I'll hear you scream
Master

This was awesome to watch. I’m 42, was never a huge Metallica fan, but always respected and appreciated their talents. I’ve casually listened to them most of my life and MOP has always been my favorite. It blows my mind the stranger things brought back multiple songs from the 80s and exposed them to todays youth. It’s fucking awesome to see. Now all those kids wearing Metallica and Thrasher shirts as fashion, maybe now what they are wearing now. Any they are still killing it all these years later, and I regret having never seen them live. Especially in the early-mid 90s when so many friends of mine were seeing them live. I’ve seen countless concerts and 134 shows of my favorite band… but I really need to go see them b4 it’s too late
Me too friend, gotta see them before they retire 🤘🔥🙌👏💖
Holy shitttt!! You really upload this ?? I was there! It was EPIC !!!
Me too
One of the best concerts i have ever seen. I cry when see this video....
Age like a fine wine. Metallica forever!
Love that beautiful little solo by Hetfield. All of it is well played. The whole song.
@@mrscientific4956 To byłaby pełnia szczęścia 👍👍👍👍
Eddie Munson has given the best metal concert of all times with Master Of Puppets!
Ok, now shut up
Lol OK, smh. You need to get out more.
No
Lol
Lol at the replies to this comment. It's just a light-hearted reference to one of the popular shows of today, and you take offense to that?!
Thank you guys! This was my first concert ever 🤘
I was there! Such an energetic show! They're tighter and more aggressive than ever!
I was there 😊 nice memories thank u metallica
Zažít to naživo bylo něco neuvěřitelného... můj první koncert Metallicy a byl dokonalý.
Thank you for my best experience and this concert 🤘🏻🇨🇿
See I flew out 12 hrs to see this and flew back the next day…and got front row seats to this show..fucking awesome
@@itsowen231 oh, you was a lucky man
Można się bawić w tym wieku? Można! Metallica rządzi i dzieli! Wielu nas tam było z Polski i wrażenia jak zawsze w Pradze pozytywne!
I love it how he keeps saying "pancakes go" before the solo. :')
In the middle of a war...Metallica rocks! Like always.
BEST BAND EVER!!
