This is one of the best cooking videos I've seen. So clear and down to earth. Thank you chef!
Oh she is the best. Thank you for this recipe, Ms Ruggeri!
3:53 zooms in hard "you can not see the smell"..... LOL glorious.... she is a gem for talking you through this.
The dish looks very deliciously. Thank you for the recipe of traditional food.
I had this dish for the first time in San Diego a few months ago and it is spectacular. Thank you for posting this!
That looks delicious ! She's a great chef ! I've cooked tripe this way before, but not for a few years. Time to buy some white honeycomb tripe ! That impossibly red tomato sauce is gonna be hard to lay my hands on. Will have to buy a bottle of this stuff from the Italian deli. Thank you Aden, thank you Allessandra ! Glad to be a subscriber !
Use mutti, their chopped tomatoes have same taste and colour
Grande Alessandra!
She is a good cook
I as an Italian have cooked tripes and still do. So damn delicious with polenta and a radicchio salad.
Lovely!
She needs her own cooking show. She’s a natural in front of the camera. Food Network, you are missing an opportunity!
My new found favourite Italian chef. Fantastic video, i remember my mother cooking tripe and onions. Now you never hear of it anymore in the UK. I am in Italy end of July for 10 days, but sadly not in Rome, otherwise I would have been knocking on the door of your restaurant.😊
Tripe is so underrated ! First time I had it in pho and I was hooked.
Thank you for making tripe interesting.
I Love her food and I Love her xx
I am English but have learnt to cook many Italian dishes - I adore your food…..ok, so I have a new dish to try! Grazie Mille!!
WOW luce maravioso ❤ Brava 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🤤😋
Woooow! I loved it! Thank you for the video. Will go to your restaurant next time I am in Rome!
Love it!
Please return and ask her to demonstrate how to make the nervetti, ragù di durelli, and rognogni on the chalkboard at 2:46. Those sound amazing!

I had tripe once at my godmother's house when I was a kid, she kept saying it was a special pasta, and it was served in a light tomato sauce. I remember it being chewy and when my parents explained what it was on the ride home I couldn't believe it.

C'è chi usa i fagioli.
@@marco42863 thanks and I never realized the differences between regions. Some day I will try to make this at home.

Le differenze non sono grandi.

That looks great....
Awesome
Brava!
When in Rome.
Should there be a chiffonade of mint on top of the dish instead of whole mint leaves?
i love but in my country we use panceta :)
If you want to eat good tripe, come to Poland.
yellow tinted chef :)
ma parla italiano hahahaha
First of all, I like tripe👌👌👌
2, not the metal spoon😒
I love you Chef Ms Ruggeri 🥰 but not tripe
