Great one! I need more arms. I would love to have some toned biceps and triceps! Keep these coming.
Very good to know, thank you! I’ll try to incorporate that into one of the upcoming videos
Ouch! A little challenging on the blue. I like it.👍
Definitely tough on blue but great for strength building! A good one to repeat over time 👍
After two days of work as a dental hygienist, this felt particularly nice. Thank you both!
So glad! Love to bring the upper body work ❤️
Can't wait to try this arm workout, looks fun!
Can’t wait to hear what you think, Julie! ❤️
Love this workout. Thank you.
So glad you liked it! Thanks Karen!
Loved the arm stretches but would like have an exercise specifically for the triceps.
Hey Colleen! The third exercise is actually all about triceps - if you’re not feeling it there, I’d recommend playing around with your positioning and/or experimenting with a heavier spring load. Hope that that helps! Lmk if not
Your workouts have just become my favourite thank you!
So glad that you like them, Bianca! ❤️🙏
Thanks!
Thank you so much, Gretchen! 🥰❤️❤️❤️🙏
This is my second time doing this set and I love it!! Great videos that are actually challenging. Thank you!
I love to hear that, Erin! Thank you for the feedback and for working out with me ❤️🙏
As always love these. I got a lighter (yellow) strap and that fits my current stage so much better.
Good call! The blue can be pretty tough, so it’s a great idea to use the yellow first. 💛
That was so much harder than it looked 😂 but in a good way!
😂😅 there are some sneaky ones in here, hahah! ❤️
Which Pilates reformer is this
Balanced Body Metro IQ Reformer (previously called the Pilates IQ Reformer)
My reformer doesn't immediately go back to first position
Do you mean that the carriage (bed) doesn’t come to the stopper (the front) on its own? If so, can you confirm if there are cords or springs attached between the carriage (bed) and the front of the reformer? That would be the most likely reason, but if not, you’ll likely need to check your reformer’s user manual and/or contact the manufacturer for support.
