Hey Colleen! The third exercise is actually all about triceps - if you’re not feeling it there, I’d recommend playing around with your positioning and/or experimenting with a heavier spring load. Hope that that helps! Lmk if not
I got three vaccines in my left arm yesterday. Today I'm healthier and woozy and my left arm hurts s0 maybe a tough arms sesh wasn't the best idea. But, oh, it hurts so good. : )
Do you mean that the carriage (bed) doesn’t come to the stopper (the front) on its own? If so, can you confirm if there are cords or springs attached between the carriage (bed) and the front of the reformer? That would be the most likely reason, but if not, you’ll likely need to check your reformer’s user manual and/or contact the manufacturer for support.
