    Bill puts everything in its right perspective. Just because you live in a big mansion, doesn't mean that your father is not abusive or your mother is not a nut. In other words, the Mansion is just what covers all of that up to make everything seem normal. Smoke and mirrors. Bill keeps dropping jewels...

      ALL the people I have worked for were rich and spent a LOT of time and energy just holding on to that wealth or building that wealth. That made them miserable and hard to get along with. That has been my experience. Have the people you worked for behaved differently? If so, you have a different positive perspective. Good for you !!!!!Congratulations.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!     I loved the video but the very end is the best part when he talked about the guys that made a movie with they're cell phones but were still looking to be discovered. He's pretty much saying try to make your dreams come true through your own efforts, on your own terms. No one has to necessarily discover you in order for you to be successful.

    I love his honesty, we need more of that. This is over 4 yrs ago before Weinstein, Spacey, and others were "revealed." We all know talented people, whether it is in comedy, singing, acting and never had a chance to make it, but if someone takes a liking to you that is powerful you got a real shot. How do you get someone to "like" you or what do you have to do to get noticed? So it seems like it is more luck than anything else.
