    • @skulvak
      @skulvak 11 місяців тому +4

      @@Declopse yes but behind the scenes Lego is slowly modifying and modernizing old Bionicle parts they will soon see light, we just have to be patient and trust the process

    • @JM64
      @JM64 11 місяців тому +13

      @@Declopse We don't need the OG moulds. We just need some complexity. Or at the very least the MOC community has to start developing some alternatives.
      There IS a market still for bionicle. It still has potential. And the fans ARE willing to shell out cash for it. But it needs to be a solid final product.
      To my understanding the "edgy" phase of bionicle ('06-'08) was their peak both financially and culturally. I know Lego tries to keep things more family friendly but taking that time frame of Bionicle and applying the grittiness to the whole series, ramping it up even more and providing some high detail, high complexity models would make them a mint from the AFOL community I'm certain.
      The property has SO MUCH potential, and Lego is still holding on to it and referencing it because Lego knows that too, but it's held back because Lego doesn't want to step out of its comfort zone again.

    Dang Bionicle may be my childhood, but I can never forget, hero factory. I love the way you use some parts from that series into reminds me of nostalgia of how many knock off brands and original Lego sets that I used to own with hero factory that were no well sold because of a garage sale man.

    This is so amazing. I found your videos by chance and I can't believe how cool this build turned out to be. Takanuva is my favorite, too, which adds a bit of coolness to this video. Great work, Man!
