For a MOC that is completely silver, I love how the aesthetic has a biomorphic design. It looks like a living machine! That macaroni chest look like air intakes, which reminded me of the Mountain Banshee from Avatar (2009). Really amazing build, Mitch!

Absolutely gorgeous. I think it would be great to see more original designs. This one was very symmetric. Some of my favorite bionicle designs mess with that symmetry, and I think you could explore that going forward.
I hope you glued that neck piece, because it is not meant yo flex like that! There is a CCBS arm with a technic hole that would make it non-stress, though.
Easily one of the best mocs I’ve ever seen. The techniques used still blows my mind to this day. I particularly like the usage of the macaroni tubes, highly underrated piece for mocs!

I remember seeing this moc on the Bionicle subreddit(I think) months ago and always wondering what you used for the grill on its head, amazing work, the tubes and silver coloring give off a techno-organic look that feels very Giger-esque.
Your MOC's never fail to amaze me by how you play with the possibilities of what lego is capable of connecting with, but I think you are limiting yourself by staying as symmetrical as you do, either way these always look awesome!

It looks straight out of the desolate hope/ desolate room. Amazing design (if you don’t know the desolate hope & room are older Scott cawthon games that have some of the best robot designs I have ever seen, so it’s a major compliment to his amazing building skills

The way you make such a complicated design seem so simple to make is incredible. It's quite nice to be able to get a glimpse into the mind's of master bionicle builders.
When i first saw your bionicle mocs i pretty much said: "awesome! But the amount of wires is hurting my eyes" But now i have fell down the path of w i r e like it's some sort of plague. But the creations have still always been incredible!
Egregious lego war crimes aside, the build looks SICK. From a distance it looks like a professionally sculpted figure for some alien/horror flick, then you get closer and all those bionicle details start to show
Actually, since no parts of the build besides the finger claws cause stress upon the Lego bricks, and it using exclusively Purist bricks, this is actually quite a legal build.

@@MitchBuilds tempting... if it is possible to learn this power... but alas, I think part of the fun of building anything is the limitations imposed by the medium, its like a puzzle, "find a solution with a defined set of rules" solving a puzzle by breaking it isn't satisfying, so I like embracing the limitations rather than circumventing them. To be clear, this isn't a criticism of your build or your style (which again, are excellent), its just a discussion on one of the many approaches to art and creativity.

Personally I have more fun when I just limit myself to things LEGO has produced as the only constraint, lots of cool connections that LEGO wouldn't do but are useful and interesting to me. Funny thing is I'd call myself a purist but everyone draws different boxs around what that means! I appreciate you sharing that perspective tho, always fun to have these types of discussions! Cheers

This is my all-time fav moc. I love the use of the Krana. Those 'masks' are so underrated. The most unique colours and designed in BIonicle.

That's really cool, good balance of mechanical but with organic design and the proportions work really well.
That is such a sick design! It reminds me of MCU Ultron but still has a unique twist with the head and the abundance of tubes and wires. So cool!

the offset/contrast between the head and the body makes the design so much stronger and more "lovecraftian"
