My favs are the little Vogue dress that you had on first and the last dress with the Russian dolls was a nice bookend to close out the show! Everything else looked wonderful, but we all have our favorites, enjoying the show.

You need a dedicated makes reveal nook with the three way mirrors behind you and a full view of your outfit in the camera. Even if you stay where you are now, jujj it up because I'm thinking the "BRAVA!" is the most fun and inspirational part about your site. I am overweight, and the prints used for clothes my size, are usually awful, so I almost exclusively buy solid colors. You are waking me up to the glory of prints when it is a good print! It can contribute even more than the pattern sometimes! Your Vogue 9021 is absolutely wonderful!!! You also use some fabrics I have not used, and you are waking me up to those other fabrics! On the subject of Vogue 9021, the sleeves are so nice the way they are, I wonder if you could insert a piece of the same fabric under the arms to avoid messing with the sleeves.
Love the color block blouse and I liked the length on the pink dress. Great makes. Fun to see them all on you.

Are you kidding? Every make you styled here fits you so well without any puckering or gaping. In print or not, I will surely be on the lookout for Butterick 5456 and McCall's 7780 (think I'll add pintucks around the bottom of 7780, yours is just fine, honey)...new subbie now, lol.

The black top was very nice. Dressy, clean cut., good length. It was fine with the skirt. For summer you could put it with a white skirt and black flat sandals .

These dresses aren’t too young for 63, no way. Haven’t you heard? 60 is the new 40!! Hahaha! Don’t you love those sayings?! We took my MIL out for her 80th birthday and the server kept saying 80 was the new 50. Ummm, I’m not so sure about that one!!! Made me a tad uncomfortable, lol. For now, I'm muddling through with an old iPhone 6S+ that has no storage capability, and one rinky dink app called Pause Cam. Oh well, what you see is what you get with me - one take and done. I guess it simplifies the process!!
I sew crafts ,drapes and other house items but never clothing You almost make me want to try it. I'm so fat though I don't know how to alter for my size. If I keep watching I might just try. You look great in all the outfits. Thanks
Hi judy! There’s something for everyone in the pattern world, I’m convinced. There’s certainly no pressure to sew garments, but it’s there if you want to dive in. I always say any sewing is good sewing, and I’m wildly impressed that you sew home dec items. That takes serious skill and know-how. It might be a very easy leap to clothing for you. That's a huge number of makes for a month. I struggle to get 1 to 3 items made in a month! I was getting ready to make that Vogue 9021 dress so thanks for the warning about the sleeves. If I move forward I'll now know to insert a panel or sew up the sleeves. - thanks!

In regards to the Vogue 9021 - you could sew triangles (or roughly triangular in shape) of fabric inbetween the back and the front bodice pieces. I think If you sewed up the side seams - the look/effect would be different. Part of the magic of Vogue 9021 is how the sleeves drape over your arms.

Loved every one of your June makes. You did a magnificent job on all the patterns including your husband's. One tip for sewing striped fabrics; it would be a good idea to invest in an 'even feed foot'. You will not be sorry that you did. It helps keep the fabric evenly matched as you sew your garment. I thought the striped dress was darling on you. You have a great figure and a great pair of legs for wearing this particular length. Don't be so hard on yourself. This was my first time seeing your channel and I will be subscribing. Looking forward to seeing more from you in the future.

I have similar Russian doll pattern which I bought from Joann store. They don’t carry it any more. My print is smaller size of the dolls on the black background. Super cute 😍😍

Loved everything. Oh my gosh! How do you do it? Loved the turquoise dress. Love the cotton knit with the ruffle and I think the length is perfect. I'd reconfigure the soft jacket you said was too big and use it as a shortie robe. Loved the black "workhorse" top--maybe you'd like it better if the sides were slightly tapered? The last dress with the fabric from fabric market is STUNNING on you! I'd never think to make a dress out of fabric like that but it's just beautiful. My second video and I'm hooked.
