1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pumpkin spice mix
Cheesecake swirl recipe:
8 oz softened cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup sour cream
1 large egg
1/2 tsp vanilla

I had a vegetable garden. I am being using your recipe. I had plenty of butternut squash. I am using the butternut squash like this , plus add to : bean , pancakes, saute etc.

I made this with a slightly different recipe that made two loaves. The main difference was the cheesecake had a little flour in it, too. You just divide the batters between two pans so only one layer of swirls, but they still rose as high as yours. I froze the second loaf. It's really delicious. And I have it for breakfast, too (with coffee, of course). If you like pumpkin, it's definitely a winner!

I did, and wowwwww......But instead of oil I use salted butter for the cake batter, and for the cream cheese mix I used 4 oz Marscapone sweet Italian cheese & 4 oz of cream cheese ! OMG !!!!

Rosa i just want tell since finding this recipe i have 6 loaves of pumpkin bread ..but i got brave and replced the pumpkin with cranberry1/2 jelled 1/2 c apple butter blend together if you like add some fresh cooked cranberries alao added orange zest oh yes i make my own spices fresh used apple pie & pumpkin mixed ..my husband said it was so good that i should enter at fair this year ...i also did it with zucchini/ pumpkin use the pumpkin pie spice ..on top of bread i chooped pecan fine & added dark brown sugar in my chopper just took finger and spread on top of breads omg! It is delishous thank you for your starter revipe you can take this revipe alot of places
