How long should I cook the two regular large loaf pans? Is it possible to cut the recipe in half for only one loaf? And can I freeze?
Miss Annie, I am wondering how it would turn out if I used your recipe, but instead of pumpkin use 15oz(approx) of mashed bananas, and instead of vanilla pudding use the jello banana cream pudding, and make banana bread?? Wonder if it would turn out? (And I would also add vanilla)

I’m making it tomorroe. Canned pumpkin is now 15 Oz not 16 Oz. What’s your advice? I’m willing to buy another can for the extra Oz but what do you think?
