It's not pointless because you can put the front seat forward in the chauffeur position, and then you can't reach the screen. For the same reason, you have a remote in the S-Klasse.

Absolutely agree, I always had the feeling that the previous 7 series were looking more like a bigger 5-series, too much average sporty looking to compete with the latest S-classes (w221 and w222 really stepped up the game). This one in the video looks much more prestigious and elegant.

I've been seeing this 7 on the road lately and gosh it really looks amazing. The big grill is not ugly at all and it does make the car look more luxurious than ever.
where do you live?
parking vertically in a parallel parking spot is so BMW. also, drifting a limousine is what i never knew i wanted to see.
If you look closely, it showed the option of both parallel and vertical parking. Usually, the car gives the option of choosing and then parking.

After that, the grille will take up almost the whole front and the lights will be in the grille.
Finally the grille will be the the car.

@@pramay5116 Had it as a courtesy car for 3 days instead of a 5 series. Overall ride quality is awesome edging towards comfort. Its a massive car so the ride is not sporty as a 5 or 3 series.
@@bbar182 Ah okay. What about the interior, would you say its considerably nicer than a 5 series or pretty similar?
@@pramay5116 I like both, think they are similar to an extent but the 7 has the edge overall in terms of finish and it had more features like cooled seats and massage function etc. Of course this is reflected by the price tag.

@14:12 The 745e actually has a 3-litre Inline-6 engine, with a hybrid output of 400hp and not a 4-cylinder like the 740e iPerformance version had. And the M760Li has a 6.6 litre V12, but you got the HP number right!

M760Li from 2019 is slower than Pre-Facelift, 6.6L V12, with 585 PS (577 hp)

@@richu914 It's also electronically limited. Can easily produce 750hp. BMW themselves have also confirmed that.
@King Zak It produces more torque lower down and is gimped. It can easily produce 700bhp with a light tune. And that noise!

King Zak V12s are buttery smooth and build power very differently than V8s. It’s not about going fast. It’s about luxury. A Rolls Royce Phantom doesn’t use a V12 so it can outrun anything. It’s there to making driving smooth and effortless. Same story with the 760Li
