Thank you for this. Very helpful. Do you have a video (or know of one) that can help me to be able to control my switches when I'm away from my home network? When I turn off the Wifi connection on my phone, and it switches to 4G connection, I can't operate the switches anymore. Any help you can give would be most welcome.

The switches/devices are connected and "logged in" to the EWELINK server via your home WiFi at all the times.
So you can operate them from basically anywhere from your phone, you don't have to be on the same network with them.
For an example:
You can check your security cam on the go, if it's connected to your WiFi at your home from your phone's 4G and EWELINK app. Pretty cool stuff.
