    Friendly tip: if you’re toning and only have a 20volume, you CAN dilute it a tiny bit with water or conditioner to knock it down to a 10-15vol developer

      Dont use it with conditioner cuz its closing the cuticle and will be harder to penetrate for the bleach. If the toner says use with 10 volume (BlondMe says with 7 volume) just do with the recommended volume! Maximum 10 vol, cuz if you doing higher then 10 vol its not toning anymore but colouring! And these are different things and more then 10 vol will lifting again the level of the hair.

    Hi little tip for u: Apply the toner to your yellow roots first, and only in the last 5-10 minutes to your ends, because they are already white, the toner doesn't need to stay on them for as long as on the yellow roots :) should give u a more even look

      Thank you, just let me say it again that bleach is damaging and damaging effects vary from person to person, depending on their hair structure. Make sure your hair is decent condition before lightening or you might have very bad damage and break off hair. I got it when I had to bleach out my blue hair dye second time and it was very damaged so I had to cut damage off. Bleaching once on decent hair condition is okay but if anymore then hair bye bye 😃

    This looks great. You did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend at least getting some Olaplex 3 and put that through your hair. The longer you leave the Olaplex the better - I tend to put it in my hair and leave in for a few hours with a shower cap on and it makes my hair incredibly soft, shiny and feeling repaired.

    • @svetlanadiaries
      @svetlanadiaries  3 роки тому +3

      Oh thank you very much. I used Olaplex before but honestly I haven’t noticed major difference, I do still use Joico revitaluxe hair mask and stoped using heat on my hair too so in future I will do an update video on how I got on with it 😊 Thank you for watching 🤩

      @@svetlanadiaries I will take a look at that Joico hair mask too 😊 I notice a massive difference on my hair using Olaplex 3. I literally leave it in for 2-3+ hours with a shower cap on as it's important to make sure it remains wet otherwise it isn't working (apparently). Then I rinse the Olaplex out, and shampoo and condition, and my extremely bleached hair is silky soft and shiny xxx

Yes, it is amazing stuff and I decided to give it a try just once and I was happy with it but honestly it was way too blonde for me so that’s why I went back to light golden brown hair and had to chop off a good length because I f’d it up with the blue hair dye as I have another video. • @blessthisemptynest

    • @svetlanadiaries
      @svetlanadiaries  3 роки тому +2

      Brad Mondo said that it doesn’t. I watched his video and he said once the time is up it does nothing to the hair regardless how long leave the bleach and he is a hairdresser. Of course my technique here is absolutely brutal and I am damaging hair regardless how long I leave it. But it’s okay. I wasn’t stressing too much as I knew that I won’t do extreme damage to the point to cut off but of course still need to be careful. 😊

      Yes, I only used bleach twitch last year, I don’t use it anymore. Second time I had to bleach out the blue colour last year I had and I tell you never again, hehe. Even for a little time, it’s super damaging to do at home. I only used it that time to see how the hair would lift and wasn’t bad at all but when I removed blue hair dye, that did a damage but it’s okay now. • @svetlanadiaries
      @svetlanadiaries  3 роки тому

      Hello. Thank you very much. I am not sure how long tube would last but there is good bit of product and it probably depends on how often lighten hair. I only did once because I wanted to give it a test and show you all in a video. I would say more than four lightening sessions as there is lots of lightener in tub and developer has lots too. I bleached hair only once and wouldn’t do it again, at home bleaching a lot would be very bad for my hair, even if it’s just roots, it would be too drying. Thank you for watching 😊🤩🥳

    Love your vid. You did a great job. However, probably didn’t need to put the bleach on the very tips as they were already light. Would prevent unnecessary damage. Also you rinse the toner out of your ends after. 5 mins as they’re more porous and don’t need to develop as long as the roots xx

    Wow you did an amazing job! I read some of your comments and you said you wouldn’t do the bleach again because it was too damaging for your hair. Do you think it was from the bleach itself? Or from using toner with 20 volume? I dye my hair a box blonde which I’m just not happy with lately. Anytime I have used the wella toners with 20 volume, it damages my hair so bad! I was hoping to avoid that with using this bleach and then a gentle toner with a low volume developer. But not I’m not sure that it will prevent damage.
