      Hey I hope you'll understand my question because I'm not fluent in English . So I went to the hair salon and I got a balayage ,not in my natural hair I was having a dark brown colour from root to ends .. but because of the holidays and the minimum time we had we weren't able to lift the highlights to the point I wanted so now is my second time that I washed with silver shampoo and I want to tone my hair at home to make the yellow go away . The tone I want is not completely platinum it is something between platinum and beige , something to get off the yellow but still not to look weird with the dark roots that I have ,so the question is do you think it will be a good combination to have sand and ice together with the 7vol developer or maybe 70%ice and 30% sand ? Thank you very much and I wish you a happy new year.

      Hello there 👋 This is a great question! We have some wonderful options in the BLONDME Toners, like Ice, Ice-Irise, Granite and Lilac. All wonderful tones to Enhance Natural grey hair. However we do have in IGORA Royal our Silver Whites. These are mixed 1:1 with 10 Vol IGORA Royal Oil Developer and are Permanent toners for Grey/White hair refinement. Here is a link on how to use them and to see the results you can get from them. We hope that this helps 💖 ua-cam.com/video/aDsHHWXJyoI/v-deo.html

    • @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA
      @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA  8 місяців тому +2

      Great question! We have in our Color Essentials Portfolio a Hair Primer Spray. This porosity equalizer balances out structural differences from roots to ends and it helps to neutralize metal ions on the hair surface for even color results! It helps creating uniform and even color results for all color services, without color shift or without affecting the color or lightener performance. Here is a video to see it in action! ua-cam.com/video/q3Dm0ZCg4rg/v-deo.htmlsi=36OS0y_JmBCJCT8R

      Hey there great question, The BLONDME Toners that are labeled just with a T on the box are for levels 8-10 and do appear different on each level. We always recommend using a swatch of hair to test out your formula before applying it all over. This video is a little old and we now have a Clear in the BLONDME Toner family to help dilute the pigments and make them lighter. Hope that this helps. 💖

    • @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA
      @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA  Рік тому +4

      That would be a beautiful mixture. However we would recommend pre toning the hair before with the BLONDME Cool Blondes Shampoo or the GOODBYEYELLOW shampoo first to tone out the yellow. This insures that you'll get more of the cool ashy tones deposited on the hair, so it's not working to cancel out the yellow but just depositing the tones that you want to see. We hope this helps 💜

      @@SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA One more question... I had my hair bleached (to a level 10 - my natural base is 3-4). They toned my hair at the salon, but the stylist said, "Oh, it didn't quite take...". So now, my hair is super lifted (and done well, btw), but there are still patches of yellow... especially in the root area. I purchased the Ice-Irise, Ice, and Violet toners and will just do it myself at home... My question is, should I wash my hair right before I tone, or is it ok to apply on damp hair that isn't just washed. Thank you so much!

    Which blondme toner or mixture would you recommend when the client has a green untertone?

    • @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA
      @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA  6 місяців тому +2

      Hello Nicole! Great question, when canceling out Green you're going to need to go across the color wheel to Red. In IGORA Vibrance you could mix up a few different options depending upon if the client has a very light mint green a little 9.5-19 or 9-98 mixed into your formula can help neutralize the green. If you're using BLONDME Toners the Strawberry Pastel toner mixed into your formula would work as well. Please send us a message on IG @SchwarzkopfUSA or Fb at Schwarzkopf Professional USA for more help with formulation. 💚

    • @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA
      @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA  Рік тому +1

      Great question. Granite is meant to add dimension back into our lighter bases or help blend a grow out with a root smudge. This Deep Toner is meant for darker level hair 5-7 for pure deposit. If your using it on level 1 and two hair you may get some of that cool deposit but it will not have any lifting or grey blending benefits. We hope this helps. 🖤

      @@achelseastar1 whenever one adds more developer to a color it will dilute the ability of the color deposit …this is Jack Martins creative personal use and remember one has to experiment with swatches to be absolutely sure beyond any shadow of of doubt that this will be something that works for themselves…when uncertain follow manufacturers directions to the letter for predictable results… once you master that you can experiment on swatches but never on paying clients ( I know you know that but I had to state for others reading this ) … Good Luck and Happy Coloring of the world 😊

    Good day. Would it be possible to advise me which shade I could use to reduce the green undertone of my hair? I went to the hairdresser, I wanted a cold dark blond or light brown gray shade of hair, but she didn't dye me to blonde, she just lightened my hair to pale orange (which I don't think was a good base) and tinted it, I suppose, with an ash color. She added a little red pigment, but apparently it wasn't enough. The color still has a hint of green and a little bit of yellow and orange somewhere.. It's not terrible, but it's not good either and it doesn't suit me at all. I mainly need to get rid of the green undertone so that I can apply my favorite gray color to my hair. Since my hair is now strange yellow/orange/ greeny dark blond, I am thinking about mixing Ice and Strawberry toner. Any advice would be appreciated as I am desperate. Thank you so much

      Thank you so much for your question. Some fun color theory for you which we think you're on the right track. Green and Red cancel each other out, however a Light Minty Green would need more of a Light baby pink to help cancel it out. So with what your dealing with some yellow/ orange / and green we think that the ICE and Strawberry toner may be a great option for you. Maybe even a few grams of STEEL BLUE in your formula to help deal with the orange but not to much. We would recommend doing a few small test strands of different combinations to see which works best for your situation. Hope this helps you 💜
