I understand all but the fish that look like they are behind the tree. I know directly behind is hidden. HOW DO YOU KNOW WHICH SIDE OF THE TREE TO CAST TO TO GET THOSE FISH? (Would be to right of tree on screen)

Your grid and size of your jig should help you tell the size difference. I'm not understanding why you go under them so much. I was taught to stay above when fishing for crappie.
