This a gorgeous home. I honestly feel like people should consider the lot size a d lake view. Stuff like that is expensive. Not to mention the features of the home. I would agree with the fact that it still needs a pool though. If anyone is from Houston then you know that Spring, Tx isn’t an inexpensive place to live in the first place. Beautiful showing!!!

On the drive up, I was very underwhelmed. However after the tour it's obvious the interior, craftsmanship and quality of finishes shows its worth. Being from the city of fountains, in this price range; I'm accustomed to seeing a little more extravagant curb appeal.
2,000 sq ft is way more than enough for me. It needs some modern furniture. The bathrooms look more modern. I like the shower as opposed to the tub. You could slip and fall getting out of that. Now that's what you call a real walk-in closet, you could drive right in and get dressed. I like the study room, now the kids can't say they have no quiet place for online school. The kitchen is da bomb!!!! Lots a counter-top spaces for all the appliances we like to show off. Yea baby! Best part of the house. The laundry room is too good to be true! Can you imagine not having to haul bags of laundry to the laundromat???? Now who gonna mow that lawn???? Ain't me. Own private lake???? Oh lort hope hurricane season be put on hold. I prefer bedroom and bathroom #2, that way I can sit while I take my shower. I like the entertainment area, but shouldn't that be on the lower level. A 10/10 for me, except for some of the dated furniture. Beautiful home. What's the monthly utility on that?
That master bathroom is definitely one of the best I’ve seen and the master bedroom is very nice too, my wife would be in there for hours on hours. I’d be in the kitchen mostly because I love to cook and there’s enough space for the many things I prepare. This is a beautiful house.

While it’s a nice home. The 1.5mil should be lowered because it’s outdated with the brown wooden features. It doesn’t have a modern feel. This home would need a lot of upgrades and renovations to make it feel modern. Overall I would still buy and pay to upgrade it.
