Nothing makes it feel more like a real home than an unorganised store room. Most luxury home tours, I'm thinking this only. You buy such a large house, that means you are going to have money, hopefully a large family, hence lots of stuff. Where do you put all the extra stuff. Too many luxury homes end up looking like the reception area of luxury resorts.

Looks like a beautiful home and property, one of my favorite looks for the exterior. Wish the kitchen had the natural stained cabinets as the kitchen island. But very nice home but the place is just too big for me at this stage in my life. Thank you for the great tour.

I love this home!!! So spacious.
Very nice home albeit with a bit of older styling in terms of light fixtures. Also odd the Master Bath does not have a walled off toilet area. Even my $600K home has that. Nice private lot and beautiful stone work. No wonder its pending sale as we speak. Good listing.

In the master bathroom the end of the tub needs a knee wall so you don't see the toilet from the tub

only looks like a 2-acre pond not a lake. way too expensive for the property. and looks like a HOA. no thanks. nobody tells me what I can and can't do with my house.
Thanks for sharing your opinion! There is a voluntary HOA of $250/year to maintain the entrance. The comps show $3,950,000 and it went under contract in 2 days. It is also tucked in a cove on Fort Loudon Lake which most people see has a huge benefit.
