    This is such a precarious time for everyone right now. I have immunity issues and feel SO TRAPPED right now. And that normal anxiety and depression? Amped WAYYYYYY up. It is like swimming through playdough sometimes to follow through with anything when you feel like hell. Hang in there. .you will be good enough. It's going to change. Try to break it down into small little goals without trying to see big picture. You know what is necessary. But today isn't the solution day. It will come together. Little goals....

      Thank you, Stephanie. Trapped is the perfect word. All I want to do someday is travel, but even if I could afford it, that's off the table until the virus becomes less of a threat. I'll try to remember to focus on little goals. I appreciate you commenting. Hang in there!

      @@AwkwardAnxiousJennifer you too. it's hard to believe when you're in the middle of a hurricane that the storm is going to end, but even the big ones do end. we just have to keep reminding ourselves this isn't forever. and the existing situation affects every part of both mental and logistical being. Try to be gentle with yourself.

    It doesn’t stay bad forever, just like it doesn’t stay good forever. Work on creating good small habits and good things will manifest. Meditation, walks, intermittent fasting, no social media, pray.

    Hi Jennifer, I'm sorry to hear you're having a more difficult time recently. If you want to text/Skype me, feel free. I've also been going through some heavy stuff lately. Just because crazy stuff is going on in the world, doesn't invalidate what you're going through and how you feel. Give yourself grace in the bad and the good days. Take it one minute, one hour, one day at a time.
    Have you been able to find an online support group? I think social interactions (even for introverts) are very helpful to give that energy to begin lifting out of a depression, even if not in person.
    PS I have noticed my speaking voice has gotten out of practice too, lol.
