    This time, I'll introduce a delicious dish using tomatoes that is seriously delicious when eaten cold.
    It's super easy to make, just cut the tomatoes, season them, and mix them together!

    [Ingredients]
    Mato: 2 pieces
    Shiso leaves: 2-3 pieces
    Dried wakame: 2 tablespoons
    Soy sauce: 1/2 tablespoon
    Sesame oil: 2 tablespoons
    Dried bonito flakes: 1/2 teaspoon
    Chicken stock powder: 1/2 teaspoon
    Grated garlic: a little
    Roasted sesame seeds: appropriate amount (optional)
    [Preparation]
    1. Wash the dried wakame and wet the surface.
    (No need to soak until soft)
    2. Cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
    3. Cut the shiso leaves into thin strips.
    4. Put the tomatoes, shiso leaves, and wakame in a bowl.
    5. Add soy sauce, dried bonito flakes, chicken stock powder, and grated garlic to 4 and mix until well combined, then add the sesame oil and mix.
    6. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. (The water released from the tomatoes will soften the wakame seaweed.)
    7. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds to taste.
