Not in my scope but it does help me in mt to work & assess for soft tissue work &;stretching ideas with chiro clients

I can do this to myself and almost everytime I hear and feel a release (pop) in the facette joints?
How are you able to do this on yourself?
It's supposed to be on the SI joint not the facet joints
