We in Germany do not say diagnosis through the pants.Sacrum posterior means Ilium anterior as longer leg.
Inspect beforehand.

Sometimes a joint is merely fixated, not malpositioned. In fact, videofloroscopy shows most manipulation does not move the bone. It only increases ROM.
