    This is exactly what my chiro does to me every now and then- it completely works just what u r doing and sometimes something with my knee in a box lol- and then I just tape tib and always remember to foam roll my calves b4 I do my workouts and always do mobility (especially now that I’m 58! )

    Do you think there might be some risk of this manipulation burning the nerve that crosses that joint?. I assume you'd know about it right away, but nerves can be a puzzle...

    I fell and twisted my lower leg. Can't walk on it. So I watched your video and did exactly what you did to my own leg. I heard a pop. So far, it feels better. I'm putting a stretch brace on. I can't put weight on it yet. I figured the fibula was dislocated. I'll try this first before I go to the doctor. Thanks.
