Very sweet John..Good for young fit Doc like you..I just use blocks and allow their weight to move the ant. to posterior. Use my invention ( swimming pool tube cut in half ) to get the anterior sacrum..

I do this at the clinic but we called it the lumbopelvic manip. It works great when the muscle energy-shotgun technique doesn't work. I have never seen the crossing of the ankles. I will try that tomorrow. Thank you!

Hallow dear sir ! I ask the patient ( both man or women) to interlock their fingers behind their had and igo threw exactly the opposite from what you demonstrate and support they’re scapula with my hand. First of all it gives me a better leverage and control and second it doesn’t make any problem of contact with the chest of the patient.
