For me it all stemmed from praying the rosary. That's when I first felt a genuine sorrow for my sins , a desire to confess them and cleanse myself, and a feeling of horror at the nature of sin. Its not a brag, just setting the stage. Was born very tall, not unpleasant looking, among other things that made attracting women relatively easy compared to many. I knew sex was against God's wishes, but without any real personal conviction that amounted to much. So when I started to pray, and began to genuinely feel sorrow it wasn't just for myself. Or better stated I was more concerned with the women I enticed into sin and what debt I had to God for leading them astray from His Will. Its one thing to harm myself, which is bad enough, but to harm another really bothered and scared me. I have never been able to rationalize it in my mind that they made their own choices. Partly true, but no more exonerating. So when those feelings of lust return, reminding myself of the above tends to put them to rest fairly easily. And always keep praying
For me it was praying to the Holy Spirit and asking for His gifts everyday and praying the Rosary and it worked. “The Truth will set you free” as Jesus teaches and fully understanding the sacredness of sex and marriage letting the Holy Spirit illuminate the Scriptures to my mind and heart. The only difference between our humanity and God’s Divinity is the fact that we are created while God is eternal before time existed because all of our humanity is made in the image and likeness of God. This just changed me for the better making me want to uphold our sexuality and image the way God created us turning away from lust and masturbation. The fact that chaste sex open to the transmission of life between a husband and wife and the Sacrament of Matrimony are a participation in the Divinity of God and the Trinity just changed everything for me.

I haven’t fallen back into Lust since your last video on this topic but it was useful nonetheless. I definitely was guilty of not trusting in Jesus’ Divine Mercy but still called him Lord. It was too easy to despair but now I know never to listen to that lie of the Devil.
Bro, I checked your previous videos and I cannot seem to find a video about deliverance. Hope you can also cover a content about it for spiritual and physical healing. The sin of lust including the other capital sins are gates of specific demons who enslaves us; the reaosn why many are chained and struggling from getting free. It also includes doing the sacrament of confessiom, adoration, rosary, receiving the eucharist and using of sacramentals. This is one of the interesting and helpful catholic practice that a lot of people nowadays need to know. No pressure though. Just suggesting. 👍

Hey, Im a Christian who isn't Catholic but is trying to get confirmed. And from what I have heard Non-Catholics can't receive confession. So what do I do in this state of mortal sin until I become Catholic?

My brothers and sisters struggling with lust, pray. Pray pray and pray, many powerful men like Paul, David, and Samson struggled with lust.
God gives us crosses to make us strong! Not to make us weak!

Talk to your local priest 😁 He will be able to advise you better than I can.
You can also say the divine mercy chapter daily!
You can still pray the Rosary of the Seven Sorrows or just the regular Rosary. The peace it brings is unparalleled! I speak from experience.
