Amazing, this brings memories to me my brother had mustang after mustang growing up so fits perfect with men in general and the supped up mustangs he had . I love it so much ❤️😍 he has 5 kids now so no mustangs allowed lol

Hey there! New to your channel and also new to designing tumblers. Love your work and frankly love the attitude and the modern day Bob Ross vibes you give off. My supplies should be here this week hopefully so I'll be kicking my first project off soon. I do have a question about why you spray the sealer on before you add the resin and what diffent outcome you'd get if you skipped the spray sealer and went just resin. Thanks again for your advice and guidance!

Great cup! Question: what would you do if you did this for a client with alcohol ink and they didn’t want it shiny?
I would lightly wet sand it with water and 2000 grit sand paper until matte

How do you clean your brushes that you use on alcohol ink move been throwing them out
I clean them with 99% alcohol. but there is still color, so i keep brushes for each color

What do you recommend for those of us that don’t have an airbrush or even know where to begin working with an airbrush? I am no artist so I don’t feel confident.
You could definitely stop with the solid color, the only part i used the airbrush for was to make it look like chrome, but its not neccessary. You coukd even use white waterslide or printable vinyl

Totally new to all this but I have a few questions, maybe a few video requests. Have you ever done a swig bottle? And if so do they make tumbler turners for the mouth size of the bottle? If not, could you do a video on how to create one? I have a request from a old boss for a bulk order of these types of cups. Right now I'm wanting to experiment.
I haven't done a SWIG name brand but other similar 12oz "wine tumblers" - if that is the same as what your talking about. I mount mine on the same foam fo" otball that fits my 22oz HOGG FATTYS. I have done one that looks like a 20 oz Coca-Cola bottle - I took my PVC and wrapped this thin foam insulation around it then tape just enough so slip into the bottle around the neck to hold it.

I have a question...can you resell the tumblers using the Mustang logo without infringing on a copyright? Just wondering because that tumbler is awesome I want to do a Chevy bowtie.
I have done both. I think there is a bit of a workaround on that if the customer specifically reques the most specifically requested as opposed to you pre making it to sell

I used the actual emblem I found and took a picture if it and turned drew over it to make a file. I used to have it available on the website, I'm not sure if it is still on there
Hi, I love your work...literary been watching your video all week. I have a quick question i'm gonna start making tumblers, can you make tumblers outside? I have a very large baloney and was thinking about turning the outside area into that space I make tumblers, I don't see much ppl talk about the areas they work in, I don't really have an area in my apartment to work in because I know epoxy resin isn't safe to inhale while it's wet, but im not sure if it will cure right if I create outside, sorry I know that was a lot lol Just wanted some advice from a pro. Thanks
I do mine in the garage. You need to somewhat regulate the temperature not to get too cold - I have a heater and lamps. I also wear a respirator and crack open the garage door to have a fan to blow out if need be. Also you will need to think about wind blowing trash into your resin while it is curing. But, I don't see why you couldn't make it work for you, maybe not all the time but probably most of the time.

Did you need to add alcohol to the ink to make it spread easier?

Adding alcohol to alcohol ink dilutes the colour making it less opaque

no, just a pre prepped white tumbler
How many coats of epoxy did you put on?
Just one, but you could come back after 3 or 4 hours and do another while it is slightly tacky

Ok....you have to do a series on how to cut those great stencils with your cricut...from vectoring to material and settings
Also what make and model is the blach airbrush?
I may just do that. I guess it seems simple to me since I have been doing it so long.The black airbrush is a $700 Iwata Micron for fine detailing.
Duncan Custom Airbrush kool beans...never seen a black one....yea...have had my cricut for years and still struggling with all the programs and settings and paper....cricut is not the best for non computer monkeys like myself
@@mikek4610 the airbrush is a Kustom line from Coast Airbrush. As far as the Cricut, I do all my editing and drawing on my phone (or tablet) with the Autodesk Sketchbook app and get it the way I want it, then I send it to my computer

Googled "Mustang emblem png" and just found it. It was with a flag or something but I edited that out
