I’ve got a few pelican cases but just ordered larger Renitor case i noticed the foam inserts are designed differently now. The ribs are there to give the case strength. I don’t care what a case looks like as long as it gives protection and i think theses look great! Anyone bothered about the foam scratching there watches just place a cleaning cloth over them before closing 👍
I wouldn't buy cheap Chinese garbage to protect an expensive watch, it's a completely ludicrous notion. If it's not a Pelican case or one of their top competitors, then it's probably going to fail on you in the long term.
@@VinceDae What you said doesn't make any sense. You said the case is ugly because of the price. It looks the same as more expensive Pelican cases. That's like calling a GMC Yukon ugly but thinking the Cadilalc Escalade is nice when they're the same vehicle exterior. You can say it looks ugly, that's a personal opinion, but it has nothing to do with the price of the product. In your example, the Fiat and Ferrari don't look anything alike. Or to bring it to a watch example, it's like saying a Submariner replica is ugly, but thinking the legit thing is beautiful, when on a high level, they look the exact same,.
@@gyang333 Did I EVER say that I liked a pelican case? ... that's also ugly, but at least of quality, it has a springloaded hinge not a crap friction hinge that is impossible to open, it has high density foam, this has some cheap package foam that isn't as soft or dens as the foam they use in pelican, I would NEVER put a watch in a box like this, the foam would probably scratch my 914L and gold watches... maybe even my regular 316 watches... why spend 1-10.000 pounds on watch and then keep them 'safe' in a 25 pound box... nope, not for me.

Why no more videos?
Just bought one, thank you
Where's your United Federation of Planets badge?! 😂

its not all about price... thats a very ugly case... sorry :)
How so? That design has nothing to do with the low price. Pelican cases cost quite a bit more for the same design.
@@gyang333 yea and a fiat is the same as a Ferrari, just at a lower price right?
