I bought vrn 90, t4 and blon bl-03. Blon are my favourite. T4 have shouty vocals to me. Everything about the t4 is great but the tuning is not as good as blon.
the included cable is flawed, the connector does not have a tiny slot like other mmcx i own, i ordered 3 pair early bird and all three cables had to be replaced during the last year. loose connection over time. on all of them. a decent replacement cable fixes the issue. the case is not made from leather btw.
Loving my Tin T4's! The sad thing is that the audio cuts out on the right side of the cable from time to time. I messaged Linsoul and they're shipping a replacement Tin T3 MMCX cable to me. I hope that fixes the issue.
@@mikes41720 While mine doesn't affect the connectivity, the stock cables on my T4 seem quite loose as well. Luckily, I opted in on the T3 cable deal during the Indiegogo campaign, and that solves the loose connection issue.

Late comment. Watched this AFTER I commented on your BL03 vs T4 sound test. The T4 is not veiled. But since you mentioned that it reminds you of the HD600, there you go. I'm sure you're familiar with the term "Sennheiser Veil". Personally, I do not believe it. It's a myth. Sennheisers are not veiled. They sound soft, warm, and "beguiling" (as Steve Guttenberg would put it). And that soft nature can give listeners the impression of being veiled. I know. I auditioned a lot of them, from the 400 series, up to the 600 series. They do not lack in anything but "immediacy", that immediate impact that you get from something like a Grado or a Shure. That's why some people say they're veiled. They're not. They're just unique in a good way. They probably put that special "veil" on the T4 and still maintained they're "monitoring" house sound to make it unique. The result? As you said, "a KEEPER." :)
I'm confused when micro dynamics are mentioned because I love the T4s detail. Listening to music, I don't feel like I'm missing anything so... what else is there I'm potentially missing?
Still loving the T4s and looking wayyyy above my budget to see if there could be anything better... Campfire Audio Solaris, Audio 64 12ts.... I cannot listen to my Vmoda M100s any more... I'll tell you that. I used to think they were an amazing set. Now I listen to them and hear an overly bassy mush. I have no idea why
You can’t listen to them because the T4s are pumping much more audio info into your ears. When I upgraded to the Sennheiser IE8’s I couldn’t believe how much Audio and soundstage I was missing. After that I never needed a bassy headphone to overcompensate for the audio I was missing

@psykosonikwarrior apparantly there has been several people having the same issue as mine it can be solved by adjusting the ring on the mmcx connector.
I’m quite in the neutral for the T4. While it is great, its not competitive. The price-to-quality ratio is lower compared to the BL03. Also, the highs are quite disappointing and not as dry.
The BL03 is $25 while the T4 is $100. Its not a fair comparison based on price but its a fair comparison for quality because the BL03 is more competitive than the T4. I don’t know, maybe I just expected too much of Tin Audio cause the T4 is not that dry and went to a harman.
@@lolisaikou5971 if you play with iems from 10$ all the way up to 1000$, you will find that price doesn't really mean good. So there is nothing wrong to compare them. I can literally compare my 50$ kz iem to 900$ senhiser ie800s and I wouldn't even say which one is better, I would only say they got totally different sound signatures and it all depends on your prefrence.
Have to say I agree. I was expecting quite a jump over the blon's but I'm disappointed. Using them back to back on the same song I found the blon's more open and enjoyable. Maybe they're just not to my taste.
I underdtand the according to price range rating..i just get annoyed that it seems to suggest that higher priced iems are far better. Many times i just reviewers to rate. Headphones on their actual punch and performance...the real idea behind chifis i believe is to lower the dynasty of high priced items and make this brands lower their for all to enjoy. But by keep on saying the quality in the price range makes many poor audiophiles like me always dreaming even if we have a great one that performs better than the elite. Sometimes we want to hear that David toppled Goliath.

BA5 should isolate better and fit more comfortably since the shell is a similar to a custom-molded IEM.
Also BA5 is more bass-heavy.

They have different signature imo. No. 3 is straight out basshead IEM while T4 is more balance IEM with a bit warmth
