Residential Style Speaker Install in Sabre 38DBQ

We removed the existing speakers in our new 2020 Sabre 38DBQ and installed residential style speakers for a better sound and the ability to distribute the sound from all the components we have added to our system.

Do you happen to know how to use the factory ceiling speakers and the television simultaneously? I cannot figure out how to wire in the tv to the radio to make the volume from the tv transmit through the ceiling speakers. Thankyou for your assistance
