Hey friends! For preheating, temperature, and cooking time, it starts at 02:50 mark. Also, all the info is in the description box. Thank you all so much for supporting the channel 😀
I like the recipe, and I DO understand some reasons you don't necessarily mix the dry rub together first ( But, when you simply add each ingredient to the "fat" side of the thigh, you are infusing a certain flavor in the "crispy skin"). Have you tried brining the thighs overnight with a sea salt solution and some herb that you like? Of course chicken likes rosemary and thyme, but maybe also try a small amount of peppercorns in the brine...overnight. Don't take this as a negative, but I've worked in 5-star restaurants for more than 30 years, and sometimes a little "twist" makes things better.
Thanks for the tip! Most of the time I make something quick and easy and I'll definitely try that next time. I appreciate your feedback and thanks for watching! 😀
The chicken looks great! But the speedi looks greater! If you don't mind, can you give me the model number of that Ninja Foodi? Never mind I've found it.
Awesome vid! I really like the presentation part and how easy it is to understand and follow, well done! 👏🏼 really considering buying an air-fryer because of your videos. 😍 Genuine friend from Bacolod Phil., and here to stay permanently in your home. Hope to see you join our journey too. 😊 Stay safe! 👋🏼
You don't have to buy the most expensive one on the market either. At Costco I bought a gourmia for about $45. And they are fantastic. So expensive isn't always better. But it's very easy to use and delightful. And you can learn how to do it with a little bit of practice as each one is a little bit different and then you can see the season the way you like. Have fun... The one caveat is I went crazy seasoning something one time with all sorts of spices and when it came out of the air fryer. It was so spicy I had to scrape everything off. That was a learning curve there
@@geishamramos Hi. It came out great. The chicken skin had a nice crispiness to it. And the chicken had an over a fire rotisserie flavor. Simply delicious. Melody...thanks for sharing this video.
I made this last night with boneless and skinless chicken thighs. I forgot to put oil on the chicken, but it still turned out excellent! Brown on the outside and juicy on the inside. Such an easy recipe; I'm pulling more chicken out of the freezer today. BTW, my dog and cat liked it too! Eric👍
Good morning Melody .I finally found someone with the same air fryer. Do you ever cook steak in your Ninja air fryer and what temperature do you use ? My air fryer goes up to 510 degrees. HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE
@@CookWithMeldz I guess most people still have the grills that only go up to 400 that's why I couldn't find any recipes using a higher temperature. Thanks!
Somewhat liked the recipe. I guess everyone has an opinion but please kill the music. Find something else. I sort of felt like we were doing this on a long elevator ride.
so uncluttered; so direct; so individual; here is what Meldz likes; there are so many choices; what I like best is that you can put your phone and utube next to the airfryer, even if you have no clue how to cook and make this wonderful recipe up to an including his world spin of the finished product on the chef's personal fork. Bravo. Best of you tube thigh fryers.
I like that you wear gloves. I don't have anything that touches the chicken while I am working with it except the one bowl and a pair of tongs and my gloved hands. So I'm not contaminating everything in the world. So this is good. Thank you.

Fine recipe. Video needs to be cut in half, too long for what you actually did.

Cant say it was bland
can you put water in the bottom of basket - someone told me to put water to avoid smoking from the juices.
Yes! You can add a few tablespoons of water, enough to cool down the grease.
I would line with foil under the basket then a few drops of water
Watching here Sis.... Sarap nman.. Mka try nga
Thanks sis!
They sure look tasty. I'm going to give this a try in my Foodi.....
Yes please! 😀
