Hi Dave ,during this lockdown period ive been doing some maintenance on my 07 zzr1400. I have just changed the front fork oil, standard spring, forks dropped 8mm and set at 3.5 inch as per this video. On the rear i have a wilbers with remote hs/ls damper standard/original spring and its done about, 8000 miles or so. The bike is turbocharged and I also use it to commute so like it comfortable..........rider sag is currently at 31mm. I am 84kg/187lbs without gear and the bike is 26 kg lighter than standard.... I like the bike to be "agile" as all my local roads are twisty...... What are your thoughts on a good compomise.......thanks Andy

Those driven grips are backwards.. but I'm sure they still work fine.

Lucky guy,still having issues with Ohlins complete front end job by Racetech,good for cornering,just maybe to lazy for adjusting for touring
