You have no compression or rebound damping adjustment front or rear. In the rear, there should probably be preload. To get the proper amount of sag in the front, you're going to have to swap out the fork springs and install a set with the right spring rate for your weight if the stock spring isn't sufficient. Will also have to look at some heavier weight oil to compensate. It shouldn't cost you much more than $100 USD.

Dave how did you come to the position that you are at today? Education wise I mean. It is something that is intriguing to me and am wondering where to start. I've already started making small adjustments on my R6

Dave, i've been down on my bike at the track several times over the years and I haven't loosened the lowers and aligned it back up. I plan on doing it today. However, do I need to remove the front wheel and re-install it? I'm wondering if the wheel may keep the forks from aligning properly (since I don't want to have the shocks binding up), btw i have a cbr600rr (03).

Hi Dave, you're the superbike doctor IMHO. Say, just wondering if my road bike 2010 Ninja 650R suspension can be adjusted? I know the rear shock can be adjusted as I was told. I'm new in bikes and 1.5months riding it weekends only. Strictly on street no track cuz full leather is required to enter the track. Pls advise. BTW, I'm located in Malaysia. Appreciate it thanks.
