Last weekend at Infineon, this guy spent just 10 minutes with my R1 setting up the suspension. Handling was so greatly improved that I hardly recognized it was the same bike. Dave Moss is a real pro.
Another excellent video. it's nice to be able to watch these vids, learn from them, then rewatch them again later and gain even more. Also, bought the dvd's a bit ago, love them. Gonna spend this winter watching them over and over again.
@a2birdcage yes it does. Remember about that being caused by free wheelling, and we only adjust suspension when the bike is under our control. So if that is on the outer edge, don't make changes! Dave Moss Host
Dave, Does the leading edge rebound rule also apply to the front tire? My front tire has formed a raised edge along the leading edge of the tread. My rebound is still probably a tad on the quick side which would be opposite of what you stated in this video to be the problem. If I open the rebound circuit up anymore the front will come over the top and just start a second stroke so I don't want to go in that direction obviously. Any suggestions or ideas? Thanks.
Sorry but even I could see you keeping a little weight on the bike the first time round and coming off completely the 2nd time. Yeah I guess it could of been to help show what happening or what you mean.

Brilliant, I’m still very confused but when you’re in Aussie...
