Holland is always epic. 8 cars in a small , open space, the music is perfect and it's just fuckin' mayhem every time. Reminds me of Washington DC in TM3.
I miss the pixely graphics of the PS1. It is hard to explain why. I guess because your imagination had to fill in all the gaps the low-fi graphics couldn't. When I played all the various levels when this was new, I really felt like I was at those locals, as laughable as that seems now.
I like the low-res low-faced polygons with poor - no texture filtering and weird wobbly warping from imprecise math lol Although I can recognize others don't like it. DUSK sorta started to revive 90's graphics a bit. Also Paratopic nails the look. hopefully more games do that.

Mario Rosa I don't know if SingleTrac intentionally made Mr. Slam's A.I. to taunt the player. What I mean is, when Mr. Slam freezes and slowly rolls up to you and activates his special sometimes he'll turn around and miss. If you know what I mean. I'm pretty sure you've seen him do this when playing TM2. Also...he loves to spam freeze missiles.
Mr. Slamm also spam rear Ricochet attack, I remember he pushed me out of map like on New York Rooftop, and Arctica, jeez. Axel's and Outlaw 2's special are annoying as hell, because if you are in front of them, they will spam the shit outta you... Outlaw 2 Zap you and confuse you like if you press D-PAD Right, but your car itself turn wrong way I think, and she can stop you from moving you know . Shadow's special, never drive near behind him or you're toast

To come to think of it, Diesel 10 from Thomas and the Magic Railroad would be perfect here in Twisted Metal. He’d be a excellent boss and contestant. His special would be his hydraulic claw named Pinchy and it would function like Crusher and Mr. Slamm here in TM2. His battlecries would be lined from the movie where he plans to scrap steam engines. Not to mention his personality is quite similar to that of Mr. Slamm!
The PS3 could play Playstation 1 discs Can the PS4? (asking because I don't own one) But also yeah I think this needs an HD remake with online, and a second mode that tweaks the controls/physics and balance for a modern audience.

1. I already did every car. 2. The online for Twisted Metal PS3 was shutdown in 2019. And I got tired of having to use Xlink Kai to play it online. Also many people don't know how to set it up or are aware of XLink Kai. 3. I have a backlog of games I want to finish and it keeps growing when I buy new games. 4. Persona 4 is freaking addictive it's hard to put it down. 5. I moved on from focusing heavily on Twisted Metal. There's so many other games I want to play. 6. Just play Twisted Metal yourself.
I just picked up TM 1&2 again and am loving these videos! Help me out- in TM1, I used to kill minion by making him repeatedly fall off the roof. Now I can't remember how to do it. Am I crazy?
I know what you're talking about. I recall in easy mode, if you lead him to the rooftop where the hotel window leads to and the big box on the C shaped building falls on, and then you quickly escape, hopping to the main building with the glass pyramid, he'll try and give chase, but he won't be fast enough to clear the jump, ramming into the steel barricade on the edge of the building. He'll fall, get hurt from the impact, and respawn from the rooftop he just tried jumping from. If you sit and watch this from the upper part of the main building, he'll just keep doing it until he runs out of health from falling so often. He's a fair bit smarter in Medium and Hard mode, as he remembers that the turbo is a thing, so you'll just have to chip at him from afar in those difficulties.

Some weapons like fire and light are not good . Fire is inaccurate and light can't be used in all stages.

Put a lot of land mines on the bridge with a remote bomb at the end. Minion will run over the whole thing. This is the fastest way to kill him.
