Maybe she's born with it, maybe it's Natheelean.
😂😂😂
I think we used to use that to clean grease offa engine parts...
I think maybe it's Maybelline, maybe it's methamphetamine...
This is a terrible pun and I wholeheartedly thank you for it.
I see what you did there....you clever bastage! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Once upon a time, I was the victim who did not like that the court made the no contact order and felt my rights were taken away. I am a 25 year survivor of an abusive relationship and I am happy the court does what they do.
I'm so happy you got out and are able to see it now and are vocal about it. It's heartbreaking to see how clearly he manipulated her during those calls. Her first line was a cliche! It was just a silly argument and it was all my fault. We need him.
Heavy Sigh
the preview on my phone only showed the first sentence and i was gonna come
here and tell at you. those AVs drive me fuckin nuts. the state is not your personal concierge security service that you can order back and forth whenever you feel like it!
There aren’t a lot of cases where I agree with the court limiting peoples free will. DV is one of those cases where someone might actually need to be protected from themselves.
I'm happy you were able to heal enough to see it
Yeah but this lady was particularly vulgar when she didn't get her way. She acted like a Karen in a McDonald's drive-through ordering a new judge. Tell me you're smarter than that
This first lady is exactly how I wish all people would be. No one is perfect, but she takes 100% of the responsibility and doesn’t blame a single other soul.
Yepp. I agree.
She was respectful to the court and completely honest with the Judge. That goes a long way when it comes to sentencing. Hopefully she’ll learn from this and won’t repeat this behavior.
That first lady is a breath of fresh air. No excuses, no justifications, no denials. " i went in, i took some stuff, i left without paying, i got caught". They say there is no honour among thieves, i present this lady to the contrary.
In fairness in the USA if all you've done is steal 2k of stuff, why worry, lol your laws are a joke in that area
There IS certainly humility...
You don’t understand what having honor means then. She didn’t adhere to what is right. Honor signifies someone with a high standard of moral character, someone who has a great sense of integrity. A thief is the opposite in this specific situation. That is why they say. There is no honor amongst thieves. To say there is, is an oxymoron. There can be a creed but not honor.
@@ChahtaAnumpa Gee, I bet you are popular as hell at parties. Do you notice people avoiding you once you get talking? That is the price of pedantry. Loosen up, man. I mean, you got my point, right? She is unusual for her lack of self-justification.
@@ChahtaAnumpa yeah ,people who think this forget the difference between honour and.loyalty. there can be that but theives by nature have no honour
"I'm guilty." That's as refreshing as a warm spring rain!
I have to say it is rare for someone to plead to “as charged” and openly admit they did something wrong. I really like this lady! Good for her!
👍
Agreed. I can't tell if she has a good memory for what her attorney prepped her to say or if she has simply dealt with similar charges in the past and knows how to get through court quickly and painlessly, but either way it's refreshing.
Unfortunately this woman is in the integrity minority these days. The world would be a better place if mistakes were owned up to instead of excused.
Saw this live. The "No, it's Judge" killed me. 🤣 I love how talented he is at being willing to hear people out and crack jokes, but totally ready to reign people in and remind them whose courtroom it is when he needs to.
If Judge Simpson ever does standup comedy, Comedy Central needs to tape it for a broadcast and plant a few hecklers in the crowd to try to mess with him. The added smackdowns and quick comebacks will only add to the hilarity.
Judge Bryant got called Jesus this morning too, by her clerk! 😂
The JUDGE is soveREIGN aka KING of the Court and must ACT accordingly which means, they must be UNBIASED and hear both sides 'in order' to put themselves in the litigants shoes from their perspective whilst being in full compliance with the RULES of LAW and not color over IT with their own ideologies or bias! It's a difficult JOB that as an RN, WE must sacrifice ourselves for others in order to CURE the patient and EDUCATE their family in the process. I once had a hopice patient who was suffering in great pain but her SON was a pharmacist and refused to allow her to have opioids to treat her pain and she would hold her screams in until he left and her daughter was furious with her brother so I sat him down and we had a long talk ... when our meetiing was over, we both cried in each other's arms and he relented to allow his mom to get her pain managed. She did die but she was comfortable and in peace and together our spirits walked to the light.
@@deborahhershey3045 yikes way to make it all about you 😂
Apple's and bananas! I'm learning.
If the defendant has such anger issues and can't seem to follow the rules, can you imagine how he is in his girlfriends household? That says a lot right there.
Sadly, this is a great example of the cycle of abuse and how victims can end up turning on the people trying to help them.
“My camera is definitely on because I can see y’all.”
Ma’am, high how are you? You can see them because THEIR cameras are on, not yours. 😂
I'm afraid Mike over at "That Chapter" will do a video one day about Schuh and his fiancee.
Wow I love Mike at TC...and your right I hope not too.
Wow. I'm always amazed how those accused of DV don't understand that when they have an outburst in court that they aren't helping their case, and in fact are only helping the prosecution. I seriously question the mothers ability to protect her children. Just from the small clip you can see the manipulation by him and through the testimony. She's the epitome of a DV victim and the judge made the right decision, although he should have been held in contempt. They won't care, tether or not, about the no contact order. She'll just go to him. These cases are very frustrating.
These family matters brought into court for all to see their dirty laundry so of speak is not only embarrassing but frustrating as the so called victim in this case said "it got out of proportion' and does when 'PAID advocates' get involved. I'm an advocate but unpaid so I have 'no skin' in the games$ they play for $, po$ITion and po$$e$$ion$..and yea, '$' is the 'root of all evil' and that's a FACT!!! no BS
@@deborahhershey3045 the love of money is the root of all evil... it's true too!
A big part of what motivates an abuser is entitlement. That explosive anger you see is the same thing a very small child does when you suddenly tell them they can’t eat candy for breakfast anymore.
She was saying how the kids miss him. They say that to placate her but they're living in hell with these so-called parents. Personal experience.
Why don't the judges ever slap contempt on people these days? They're way too lenient. That outburst is about as deserving of contempt as you can get.
Because contempt most of the time is ego driven. When most public officials are being held more and more accountable this happens less and less.
I’m leaving this comment in hopes that it helps someone seeking the answers I once needed. I hear this victim speak and she sounded just like my daughter did.
Trauma bonding is a real thing. It isn’t two people bonding over trauma, it’s worse than that. A victim becomes literally addicted to the abuser because the brain releases chemicals during times of stress as well as excitement. When the dv victim leaves, they don’t just miss the person, they quite frankly feel they NEED that person back. They feel lost and hopeless even if the person they are missing has abused them. That’s because the brain is having withdrawals from those chemicals just as an addict has withdrawals.
It was absolutely infuriating when my daughter went back to her abuser only to be beat unrecognizable the second time. Less than a week after being released from the hospital she started to message him again. I had learned that it takes a victim leaving 7 times(That’s a statistical fact) before they leave for good. I wanted to better understand my daughter so I could help her and through that is when I learned the term trauma bonding. I know it’s frustrating but if there’s anyone experiencing the pain of being a victim or the pain of seeing someone you love be a victim, research trauma bonding. I was able to teach my daughter why she was feeling what she was feeling so she didn’t have to live with the guilt of still loving a person who almost killed her. I’m relieved to report she’s in a healthy relationship and my grandson is a healthy 4 month old now, she was pregnant at the time of the second assault.
For today, you’re going to be ok. Take today and live in it.
That’s all.
This is so uplifting. Thank you for being a loving mother and never giving up on her
You mam are exactly right! A Trauma Bond is insanely strong, and most times overrides any form or reasonable thinking in the victim. I was in an abusive relationship for over 13 years, broken bones, black eyes, split lips, and the emotional trauma was still not enough to break the trauma bond I had with him. I had three children, and it wasn't until he started focusing his abuse on my children, that I actually left for good & never looked back. (I didn't see at that time how him abusing me was traumatic to them as well) Even then.. It was NOT until I started getting online and researching domestic violence... & EDUCATED myself about different forms of abuse & how no matter what "I" did, or how much I loved him, or how many times I tried to explain to him how his actions were hurting our children and I... I was NEVER going to be able to change him. I couldn't change him. Bc I was not the cause of his behavior as he made me believe.. it was all on HIM, and WHO HE WAS....
After I educated myself on all this, I was finially able to break every bond we had.
We have been superated for over 11 years now.. He is strung out on drugs, still abuses women when not in jail, does not see our children at all (his choice & I'm happy with that), & I have earned an Associate degree in science & am currently in the RN Nursing program! Something he would NEVER let me do (go to school). Life is so much better now, my kids are happy & I have been with a wonderful, kind, sweet man for over 6 years now! ❤️
I hope she is stronger, well, SAFE, and getting better away from the craziness. Mom.. your awesome
Thank you for sharing that with us. Very informative and you are an amazing human. So is your daughter.
God bless you for your faithfulness in taking time to research and learn how to help your daughter, and teach her for a better life! Enjoy your daughter and grandson. They will now have a better life.
The abuser deserves to stay in jail after that outburst. Because there is no excuse for that, and he's just showing that he can't control his temper.
I agree with you about the lawyer doing the best he can with what he has LOL -
But the lawyer's ability to dance around the truth so smoothly, is why i could never do his job.
Robert Elmen (thinks to himself): "Yes, Mom, I should have become a dentist."
She's the reason the State of Calif. took away the right of domestic abuse victims to file charges. The local district attorney does. Otherwise the victim tries often to get the charges dropped.
My husband cracked me up all the time. You'd say, "Oh God," his reply? "You can call me Bob thank you." lol
😂
I feel like if you're calling someone to tell them you're going to sue them, and you're calling them from inside a jail where you're in custody on suspicion of a crime that they're the alleged victim of, your lawsuit is off to a bad start.
That poor defence attorney looks like a deer in the headlights haha! He's trying so hard to sell the story he's even forgetting to blink 😄
I'm surprised she went through with giving him a bond after he made it very clear he had no intention of abiding by the bond conditions. The outcome is inevitable...
What do p😊
I admit I was cringing as the victim was speaking!!! LOL!! Obviously no one caught him flipping off the judge
Oh lordie -- you should totally check out the day Judge Middleton had in court today. Two women -- one in for parole violation, hung-over in the jail and has a hissy when he gives her more jail time -- and the other an obsessive stalker after her ex-bf, calling him 60 times the day before. Poor judge actually breaks down in the last one.
That stalker was nuts.
I watched it also, the stalker lady was absolutely nuts.
For real! ua-cam.com/video/S1m-rahJjVw/v-deo.html
I just watched it. The stalker business was a revolting situation.
which video are you referring to?
Dude overlooked his constitutional right to be muted.
Why do so many people keep treating court like starbucks?
"This isn't the coffee I ordered! I want you to remake it!"
You can go back through the history of just about every DV related murder case to a court hearing where the victim said "But I LOVE him!"...
....before he killed her. (Or, in some cases, before she killed him.)
And if he can't control himself during a court hearing, while surrounded by correction officers, how does his "fiancee" think he's going to control himself when they're alone?
@The Uluxian *Thank you* I usually scroll through the comment-sections to find people who may have the same opinion as I want to express. You said it much better then I could have.
That's not true at all. I was a victim of DV, at NO time did I ever say anything like that. I was almost killed and I did everything I could to get away. I was finally left alone, after he fixated on someone else unfortunately. Victim Blaming is rampant.
They are obviously in the beginning of a violent relationship and it will take time for her to realize how destructive it is for her and her kids. Hopefully people will get through to her, and or she wakes up herself.
So therefore every verbal argument calls for breaking up a marriage?
@sallyskellington3024 they weren't "victim blaming".
What pay of "NO"! Don't he understand??😅🤣😂🤪
Judge, defence lawyer and prosecutor are commendable. Finest!
I started the argument, my cooking wasn't good enough for him and I said sorry.
"Anna Frushour arrived in the United States 37 years ago, after her family fled Poland as a Communist regime instituted martial law.
Flash forward to 2020: The law is now in her hands.
In a court room packed with family, colleagues and political figures, the former Ann Arbor public defender was sworn in as a judge of Washtenaw County’s 14A District Court on Friday, Jan. 31." MLive website
That's amazing!!! Thank you for letting us know.
Judge F is very thoughtful in her communication! Much respect to her for that!
"Mr Schuh has no respect for this Court or its odors" 😳 😂
I have to say one of the things I like about you is the respect you show other attorneys. It's heart warming. Much respect to you. We need defense attorneys to make the system work. As a victim of DV I wish I had her as a judge.
Oh my God Mike I Love When You Place On The Fex Hat During This Argument Well Done Counselor!!
I feel for attorneys at times like this. Here is a clear case of the defendant is a first-class jerk and even his attorney realizes that. BUT - his attorney's job (as I understand it) is to provide a legal and vigorous defense in spite of any personal biases.
He needs to at least make friends with that jail deputy, they're going to spend a lot of time together. Kudos to everybody except the defendant. The fact that his attorney actually managed to get him an opportunity to bail out is astounding. Of course it's a wasted effort because I estimate he won't make it 24 hours without effing it up.
This Robert Elmen finds water in the desert his client is in, it's incredible.
I love this attorney - he looks like he's ready to jump on a grenade to keep this guy from doing anything stupid. God bless him.
Definitely not an attorney I'd want to play poker against.
I will recommend him for the Ben Bateman Medal of Attorney Conduct.
These people that put their hand up to speak to the judge reminds me of a small child waiting for the teacher to call on them and if I were the judge it would drive me crazy!
I don’t care how much you love them or what history you have with them, when the cops get involved in your relationship, it’s time for a new relationship.
Yup
It's time to be single so you can heal and figure out how to choose better next time
Mike- the Michelangelo of Wild Court Moments🤣
🙌🤩😂
I was thinking more Jackson Pollock 🤣
😂😂😂 Judge Simpson, you're great.
The look on that mans defence attorney about killed me 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This judge is one of my favorites! She seems like such a sweet person, but I love when someone makes her mad she stands her ground & I think she's a great role model for young women with the way she carries herself!
Hey Mike, this Jeremy Schuh appears to be the same defendant who flipped the defense table over in court a couple of years ago. Title of the video is "Defendant flips table in courtroom in Ann Arbor." Guy is a career criminal with no apparent impulse control.
You are correct. Same dude. He ain’t nuttin but trouble.
He has frequent flyer miles on YT court videos. Claims a myriad of medical problems! A whining POS defendant!
If only all case went that smoothly 😁😁 what a sweetheart ❤
Mr Elmen's face just says "I got nothing your honor, lock'em up" but he still tries.
Thank you- I got flamed like nuts because I said that this was the way about 90% of these cases play out on a different vid you did- but it is. I work in drug rehab- as a volunteer, I don't mean to misrepresent myself, I'm not a doctor or anything like that- just a volunteer counselor- but I see these cases all the time man. And every time- it gets to the court room; the couple have made up and now the guy wants to pretend he did nothing and the girl wants everyone to forget she called the cops- it's ridiculous. This is the only time you see ppl ignore the court's orders and think because their girlfriend is ok with it- it will be alright. No idea why they think that all the sudden- makes zero sense.
"You have the right to be married. Anything you say can and will be held against you.."
DOH, missed the live! Love the video, thanks Mike
The First step is admitting you have a Problem!! Say No to Blandino !
Mike, his attorney looks like he is scared and terrified of that lit again.
Thanks! That was too good. Please keep us abreast In that situation, something tells me he violated his conditions and things did not work out for him. Great videos Mike, especially appreciate all the commentary on the Depp heard trial. All the UA-cam lawyers were so much fun to watch, certainly made this spring eventful. Thanks 🙏🏽 again and here’s to the cutest dogs 🐶🐶🐶 in Chicago 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Once the hand goes up to ask a question, the listening ends...ME, ME, ME, ME, ME!!!!
Thank you Mike.
😘
She says its all "out of proportion" then as soon as Schuh gets home the same crap starts and we the taxpayers and the courts have to solve their high school BS. Such a drain on resources and time.
Attorney Elman is indeed quite good, given what he had to work with here 😂
13:33 Award for the best breakdown of any situation with so few words...goes to MIKE THE LAWYER!
Magnificent! If everyone spoke truth with such speed, the world would be free to enjoy their families, friends and pets more!!
Hey Mike congrats on the 100th episode…keep them coming!! Lovin’ the crazy court moments!!
I do not know how anybody can keep track of what’s going on on this project! I’m so glad I’m not a judge for more than one reason
It's nice to see when they realize the jig is up and just cop to it and cooperate. And of course, things will go a lot smoother for her, the first lady, now. Hopefully this will be a wakeup call for her - she seems nice enough.
I like that you remind me to like the videos, because I truly forget until you remind me. I am aging somewhat 🤪
Refreshing and I respect honesty above all. She rocks!!!!
Omg..😜😂😂😅😜🥴😶🌫️ God bless it.
Thank you Jesus!!!
Judge: it's judge
“Okay, it’s ‘torn’, but conjugation is the least of your problems, here-“
Love it. Have a great day, Mike!
Robert Elmen is true the MVP, he polished this turd of a case and made it shine.
😂
Congrats on 100!
Both of these Judges are my favorites… thank you 😊
There's your favorite word,Mike. Tooken. Lol 😆
Congratulations on 100!!!
Defense attorneys are sometimes portrayed as real slime balls in legal dramas, but their job is to emphatically defend their client, while maintaining their ethical obligations. The judge, the plaintiff, and the defense are understanding and they are doing their best. Good on Mr. Elmen.
These 2 put the fun in dysfunction.
😂
Can’t wait to see the follow up !!!!
Congrats on the 100 Mike from Sunny Scotland. xx
Thank You
I still think the judge is way too soft. What he did was outrageous. 30 days minimum. Oh, I really hope you continue to follow this case!
I disagree! HE needs professional help to MANage his ANGER issues that custoMARilY goes back to childhood when the child was verbally, physically and/or sexually abused and it MANifests in angry outburst at inappropriate times. The so called victim in this case confessed that she was the aggressor and their fight was blown out of proportion by the PAID advocates as $ is the root of all evil and as an UNPAID advocate, I can testify that it matters! and being PAID to advocate for the victim INTERFERES with GOoD JUDGEMENT and decision making as IF this couple doesn't get professional help as they so very much NEED, 1 or both will suffer the consequences ..and if not in this relationship, it will be in another. Jail is not the answer et al...
@@deborahhershey3045 wrong. He is a typical abuser. His incessant phone calls to the victim were clearly intimidation - and it worked. She did what he said & the judge saw through it.
@@deborahhershey3045they have anger management when you're locked up just fyi
Need to expand the paw patrol into the paw & hooves patrol. Lil Mikey needs to be admitted to it. Congratulations on #100 Mike! 🎉
I saw the extended version and his rant was hilarious!!
Congrats on the Big 100! 👏👏👏
Hey I love Judge Simpson!! Keep them coming!
the judge is everything - love judge Simpson - I am so behind on youtube - havent been watching for 2 weeks LOL - I got bored and had to stop LOL - now I have your videos, and the rest of "lawtube" to catch up on - this is my 2nd one today - YOu are lucky #2 :) LOL - Watching one from each channel tonight current video, and then watching the past ones as week goes by . Love these vidoes - congrats on #100 Mike
They should fit that guy with a “Brooks shock tether” so when he violates the order LE can zap him.
Your channel is great thanks for the education
"every video is a masterpiece"
-I do admire the meekness and humility of that introduction. 😁 Keep up the great work.
😂
Omg! He just gave the judge the finger!😡btw, I am currently going through a very serious case with past abuse, his lawyer kept saying “would you be surprised t hear none of your allegations actually happened”? That’s all his lawyer has, so much so the judge added 4 mor days for the defence. I had 3 hours of testimony and questioning in a total of 3 days. I may add this also happened close to 40 years ago and I have no witness left alive to confirm or deny. So obviously my case is strong. I have a hard time with lawyers that protect these monsters, but I know it’s a job
I never blame defense attorneys. I can imagine being a defense attorney is incredibly hard. I’m sure they want to say actually you need to lock them up 😂 but can’t
I agree with you Mike, this judge it TOTALLY out of order. She just hates love and it couldn't be more obvious. That was a very astute observation by you.
Judge Frushour has a great story. Her parents fled Communist Poland during implementation of martial law in the early 1980s. She is the true example of what the American Dream is supposed to be.
Thanks!
This attorney Robert is a prize and has heart ~
He saved his client a couple of times
And really as much as we lol , someone has to deal and speak for these people ,
However ridiculous , this is probably all they ‘do’ ,
Drama and existing to the next crisis and having a group of people trying to manage them
Not a very nice life , I’m not envious , I wish they would work , I wish the best for them
This Robert was a real flower amongst a tragic situation ✨
✨Dancing Blandino , brought me right back up again ~thanks for the vid
32:31 that poor attorney😂, wondering why he was the one who had to be appointed to him
She's the happiest shoplifter I've seen
Jeremy Schuh is getting so well known, I heard his name and thought UH OH! And my head swiveled back to the screen.
Really enjoyed Mike's commentary on the performance of the poor defence attorney.
Happy 100!! 😃 😊 😀
This was a refreshing video. The defendent was so joyful and open
I think I can speak for a few people in this world, THANKS MIKE for finding a person who owns their sh!t. Wouldn't it be a beautiful world if no one could lie?!
I absolutely love watching your videos Mike. Your amazing! If I was a defense attorney I would have a hard time trying to defend him
we should get that def attorney a muzzle for his client...
He could use it.
@Mike Happy 100th Wild Court Moments. Of course they're masterpieces. They're hand-selected/crafted by the host.
They're not crafted by the host, they're curated by the host
😂
Notice how the victim said it was her fault, the argument
They ALWAYS do….they are carefully taught that they are at fault by their abuser
