Wow. I zoned out for a bit but that was a sentence for expired tags? It's hard to believe that's what I just watched. What a waste of everybody's time and judicial resources. It's disappointing that the judge went along with it.

And Jeremy continues to lie. He doesn't own a home because the bank took it back. Shocker, I know right? As far as his wife, I've yet to see her in court begging to have him back at home. She's probably more likely to rent a room to one of his girlfriends than allow him back. That prosecutor is still mad about the guys craming him in lockers several times. It wasn't that poor dude and he needs to get over it. However, he needs to be put in a locker again!
That prosecutor definitely was the first kid in school to learn about wedgies and swirlies. Now that he's a prosecutor and his braces are off, it's his turn to get even. (Insert hand-winging emoji here)

Technically, asking if someone filled out a form that they like can barely see and surely not read on a monitor is a bit unfair. Everyone who says “yes” is making some assumptions.
Jeremy Dewitte (a.k.a. Dim wit) brags in IA about always reporting to court, but about a month ago he held up in his house for over two hours when his PO showed up at his house with a warrant on two PVs (court dates 1/23 & 1/26 Orange Cnty FL). He owned a funeral escort company which he was forced to sell as part of a plea agreement for personating a LEO. (He pulled over a off-duty cop during a funeral). The 10 charges they didn't read included alleged fraud using photos from a 2017 accident, repair invoices from another accident, when he made a claim for an accident in 2020. He also used three (Police looking with decals and lights) vehicles in his business that he had applied and used personal vehicle insurance.

Well, since almost all county/state prisons are run by for profit corporations, you need to fill it up some way. I am uncertain if jails are privately run.

I love it Jeremy DeWitt lives a quarter of a mile away from me. Well used to I live in Osceola county. The guy is a total idiot I feel safer from me and my children driving on the roads. Jeremy clip- His ‘side chick’ put something out about this. Apparently, these are new charges from a long term investigation regarding Jeremy allegedly filing a fake insurance claim for money. The investigation started way back before he had the impersonating charges. He’s facing some pretty serious allegations.
Unfortunately for him everything about it is on camera. The accident, him coming on the accident scene, the other guy admitting he was in an accident, Jeremy telling him to switch bikes with him and making a false statement
It doesn't surprise me in the least. This guy is bad at everything he does. It is like he is a low budget donny boy trump.

@@MomentsInTrading During a job one of his workers slammed into a car that pulled out in front of him. When Jeremy got to the scene he told the person who was in the accident to switch helmets with him (the helmets had identifiers on them) and switch bikes so Jeremy could claim to be the one who had been in the accident. He then on camera claimed to be the one in the accident to police. We later found out it was because Jeremy didn't have business insurance that covered employees riding his bikes (He owned the bike that had been in the accident but since he wasn't the one driving it, insurance wouldn't cover repairs to it)
Jeremy pulls the “Do you know who I am” routine on an arraignment. I’m a sex offender, cop wanna be, Your Honor.
35k a year is barely above poverty. Ask me how I know. Cutie needs a court appointed attorney yo.

Mr Pencil-neck made me mad, trying to school the senior Judge, he had some nerve.
Yolo County is in CA. Covers cities like Davis (UCDavis) and Woodland, etc. Kinda small.towns, but haven't been there since 2008, so who knows now.😂 Was a shocker to see the tomato fields, corn fields and such bulldozed and turned into housing at that time. Ketchup factory closed and abandoned...

Don’t think the attorney in the suit with glasses looks kinda scary…..I don’t think he can smile….bet this guy is a hoot at a cookout…no facial expressions…..seems like he always may need to be right….this guy has no empathy or maybe even a soul. Think maybe his hair is too tight…or his undies.
I know the judges get frustrated in trying to move things along. But I'm not one of these people who thinks everything they do is ok. If Judge Arth don't like his job then get another one. Telling people to shut their mouth and count to 5 issnt appropriate. That poor female attorney was timid to say anything and her voice was shaky. He is the one who needed to shut up and take 5.

He just had court yesterday he wanted to get RO released on his own recognizance yeah right okay but a $500,000 bill. Not happening. And amir ladam is not representing him anymore he had a public defender. I was there in court it was great ❤️❤️❤️

@@sandistolle4874 evidence has proven that he tried deleting the account, but can't because he doesn't have the phone number associated with that account. He doesn't remember the login password, and the only way to change the password is with the phone number he no longer has.
He's been to that court more than 28 times!
I've talked to Jeremy on the phone before. What is even more hilarious is he was representing his company as a LE Agency trying to get discounts on the firearms we manufactured.

The fact that Judge Hart told the defendant to exit the doors and re-enter the other door to Services suggests that the 30 days are suspended.
The last case reminds me of a Monty Python sketch set in a court, The defendant is informed that he is accused of the murder of a huge list of people, ending with "on or about the first Monday in June."

I wish when people refused to answer these simple yes or no questions, the judge would suggest that they may need a psych evaluation to find out why can’t remember if they did the thing.

I used to live in Yolo Co, Calif. It's a small county in N Central Calif. Mostly agriculture - tomato capital! Get's to be @ 114 degrees in the summer. You won't ever forget the smell of tomatos lying out in the heat for 10+ days. Oh, those were good times! (NOT!!!)

What I do appreciate and dislike in this scenario, is a Magistrate waving a form in the camera, that you can’t possibly read, asking if that is the correct information… How can you know if you can’t see it? Could be someone else’s form, could be a car rental contract 🤷♂️.
I admit that 99.99% of the time it shouldn’t be a problem. But it’s something that I would be regretful to say a definite yes to, under oath/affirmation, something that I can’t see.
