The 4 Pillars of Harp Learning

I have worked with lots of different learners, at lots of different levels over the years. Here are the 4 pillars I now like to make sure are included in all my teaching. I believe working to include all of these in your learning will help you become a well rounded player - and have fun!

Heather, HOW do I find a harp community? I live in time zone CDT. That is central Texas. I only know of harp communities that are groups that meet on Zoom, and their meetings are in time zones of Europe, when i am asleep. Are there other kinds of groups other than zoom meetings that cost double what my harp tutor charges me? I am clueless.

You can try your local area but there aren’t many harpists out there so most meet online. In my membership we have lots of live events and meet ups every week at all different times of the day so we can cater to all timezones. About 1/3 of our members are in USA/Canada. We even have some in the middle of the night (my time) for the harpists we have in Australia and New Zealand. We also have have learning pods with less harpists for a closer community feel.
