I am bingeing your videos and they are such lovely moments of zen. I think part of me feels a pseudo nostalgia (mum was from England and we spent a year there when I was 4 to 5 years old). Your presentation is fantastic and you seem able to make even the "mundane" seem beautiful and poetic!
I’m sitting here watching your lovely video and thinking. I wonder what’s going through Rosemary’s mind. Is she reliving the days when she and her husband went out in their boat. When she stands there deep in thought, does she remember Andrew when he was just a small boy and every trip was an adventure? And mostly I wonder what she thinks of the many changes (if there are any) and what Andrew must think of taking her on a boat trip. Be well. See you all next time.❤
Ohh, I like that attitude about books. 📖📚🥰 If I were to be a narrowboater I would need a boat and three buttys, the boat for me and the cats to live on, a butty for the trains, a butty for the books, and a butty for the craft supplies and model kits.
That goose lamp you teased at the end of the video in the antique store looks like a vintage HEICO goose night light. The original design dates back to the 1970s and should be about 50-60cm. The design is still in production today, and new models retail for about £120-150, but an original in perfect working order might be collectable.
What a perfect treat! Just back from our festival wedding, absolutely broken in the best way, and have not one but two of your beautiful videos💖 Thank you, just what we needed whilst laying in a heap on the sofa! Love them both!
It's such a pleasure to see you again. I love your vlogs so much, they are a watch it right now with a thumbs up before the play button. Thank you for the cats and Andrew's mum.
Andrew the retriever, with his braces, has returned, and with a huge magnet. Kind of miss the grabber thingie though 😢. Love the glimpse of Andrew’s mom on the boat looking out the window. She needs a new umbrella ☔️ ☂️ Love all the cats 🐈 🐱 🐈⬛ Great images and music. Thank you for a relaxing evening. 😊🤗 Kathy
@@andrewkendall Best news ever!!!! The magnet 🧲 is sweet, but the grabber requires the finesse that only a man on a journey in braces can carry out. Hope you and Kris have a great week. BTW love seeing your mom. 😊🧲 Kathy
Chris, your getting to be a dab hand at this boating lark, you've come a long way from falling in and loosing your glasses. Well done that girl. I love your filming style, you always manage to find and convey the beauty in everything. Thank you. Cheers Millysue
Lovely video as usual Kris and Andrew, I really enjoyed how peaceful it was ( aside from the storm) after a day of waiting and watching for a verdict in the case of the day. Great news, all jurors agreed on every single charge, great news even though there will be an appeal for sure. .🥰🙋🏼♀️
Love this video …… you film such nice scenery , must be nice having Andrew’s mum along and I love when he retrieves things 😊 can’t wait for the bookshop next time 💛📚
…”Captain Windlass” strikes again!!! 🦸🏼♂️. Sewing Machine out…I’ll make you a Cape Andrew, all real superhero’s have capes!! 💫✌🏻. As per…a lovely relaxed, chilled and well shot vlog!!! Tip Top…! 🙃. Ben…🫡.
@9:45 A bridge supported by Fly agaric and Psilocybin mushroom art, all boat names seem to end in weed, a trippy cruse for sure LOL...another entertaining vlog thank you 👍
I’m glad Andrew put his suspenders on, didn’t recognise him! 😆 Thanks for yet another sweet vlog. The frog was a paid actor. If I lived on a narrowboat I’d stop at every pub. Just rude not to! They all look so cozy. Happy weekend from sunny Potsdam near Berlin! x

Andrew's love of retrieving things from the canal brings me so much joy!
Me too hahaha
I think it’s wonderful having your mother in law visit. I’m sure she had many stories to share.
Absolutely! It was lovely ❤️
I have suddenly come to the realisation that "Walkie Talkie" is the best name ever given to a product
Seriously 😂

@@krisatomic aww! So true though.🦢
How lovely, cruising with Andrew’s mum! Making new canal memories for her and reliving old ones.

Spoiler Alert! Do not fear; the grabber will be back later on in this trip, doing what he does best.

If your “walkie talkies” are transmitting your voice without you pressing the button, look for a “vox” setting (Voice activated transmit)
Thanks for the tip, we’ll check!
Lovely vlog as usual where’s Matilda is she alright.
She’s absolutely fine, chilling on the sofa as we speak! she’ll be in upcoming vlogs 🐈⬛ but she likes her privacy 😂
