- It's easy for us to get worked up over stress at work. Between looming deadlines, unreasonable bosses, and irritating coworkers, we might even end up bringing some of that tension home with us. Meditation is a great tool for helping us navigate stress in every day life, and I promise, you DON'T have to be "good" at it to reap the benefits. Just a few minutes a day can make you calmer and keep your mind clear enough to react productively in difficult situations instead of explosively. Enjoy!

I cannot express how much this helped me. Things have been stressful at work and I didn't want to bring that negativity home to my family. You are the only meditation I could find that didn't talk about "pure spirits" and focused simply on letting go and turning back to positive thoughts. Thank you so, so much. I'm sharing this with everyone.

So many guided meditations have music, and they're talking the entire time, this is great.
I have listened to this 3x in a row this morning while I'm actively beginning my workday. Even though I am not sitting quietly with my eyes closed, this helps center me and helps deepen my breath. I feel above my stress and busyness instead of entangled in it. A clearer mind makes it easier to give to my coworkers. Thank you!
