Wow, normally I can de-stress after work quite well. But today I came home absolutely overwhelmed and I didn't know what to do with myself. Exhausted and cranky. I figured there must be an after-work meditation. I clicked on a couple until I found yours and it was exactly what I needed. Wonderful, thank you.

I've literally never been able to meditate without becoming fussy and bouncy, but this video has changed that. I feel so much more relaxed and ready to let the day go after the red smoke leaves my body and I breathe in energy, vitality, and joy!

The first three minutes were great. Then she told me to visualize all the stress from the day after I was just starting to relax, and it all came back. So I didn't like this one

for some reason, every time I meditate I either cry or laugh..
I had the cry part too at first but someone told me that's because my body is not used to being relaxed. Crying or laughing is the body's way to release tension but it means that you've let it get too far :c
Yes agree with Spore. Laughing or crying can be really helpful physiological ways to release stress and emotions. You should welcome the release if you feel comfortable doing so.
