I sat on the mat at 2 in the morning after hours of being restless and frustrated with myself. I feel much better now after this meditation: "I choose to let go". Thank you Adriene. I´ll go back to sleep now.
I enjoyed this meditation. The space between the breaths is, I believe, a touch of the Godhead, where we can potentially merge and lose ourselves in the creative force of the universe. It's like falling asleep but remaining conscious.
Have done it the practise before, today felt different. Thank you Adriene 💗
Adriene, you have completely changed my life although you don't know me.
I've been an athlete and worked out my entire life. I thought the only possible way I could continue to be fit and maintain my physique was through intense HIIT and strength training (anything that made me sweat profusely). My body was showing me signs through injury to tell me to stop. Although I LOVED the workouts, my body didn't. I ignored my body and became very injured to the point where I couldn't walk. Being very frustrated and very injured, I decided to youtube "yoga" and found your channel. You taught me how to be mentally strong, you taught me how to connect with my body. But most importantly, you taught me to find what feels good. You showed me what I was truly missing - that mind to body connect. This has translated into my everyday actions throughout all interactions. I truly sent my love to you, from Toronto. Namaste.

I've got a sad day ahead of me. Going to have a row with the only member still alive of my family. Wandering why there's so much suffering in our life, definitely need to find same inner peace in the face of adversity 🙏
Feeling tired, I practiced this meditation laying on my acupressure mat and my legs up the wall and a blanket across my chest. With my eyes closed and Adriene's calm voice, I was able to chill. Thank you for reminding us that we have the power within to change or alter how we feel. Namaste 🧘🏼♀️.

Blessed Beloved Beauties! Celebrate Day - 22 is magical. Returning to the breath is always key. I cannot imagine my life without a daily meditation practice. Ujjayi breathing of ocean like sounds which we create ourselves is sure to sooth the soul. The anxiety has left the building and inner-peace resides here. I no this old I'm just about to start this video I seen your comment I never could Take yoga series years ago now that I'm older it's big difference.....I work as a dsp we had a yoga class with our clients it felt like church it was so healing I'm going through a bad break up or trying to break up and it drained on my mental Especially with the verbal abuse Meditation became really like a doctor for me it's the only thing that keep me Ground it

My first foray into pure meditation (as opposed to a small part of a physical practice.) Enjoyed the visual of ocean breath, but am still craving movement, so I will be adding some gentle morning movement of my own to wake up this stiff body. ;)

Intention : celebrate my intention
I really have to calm my monkey mind and I must admit that it was active during the first half of the practice but I guess I have some moment that I really get into it. In the end I remember Adriene's wisdom "a little goes a long way " and I know I am good to go.

RESET day 19
I vividly remember doing this session in the past. Just like last time, it felt amazing. It’s unbelievably how deep and powerful it is to have a little time with yourself and meditate, I feel like a different person afterwards! Meditation is highly underrated and needed the most during these times where most people are so tense and so focused on materialistic values rather than human values.
In short, everyone need to dedicate some time for theirselves and let go.

I'm doing your 30 days of yoga challenge at the momment and just finish d day 16 I really enjoy it I just did this meditation after and I feel so calm
The Way to Avalon yeah I have missed a few days because I'm sometimes busy but I'm really enjoying it
I also am doing the 30 day challenge, and watched this right after the practice, and just like you I feel very calm, I also feel refreshed/rejuvenated. I think in the future I'm going to meditate, practice yoga, then meditate again. I think it will really get me centered.

On another note, when Adriene said “I choose” and then paused, my Lord of the Rings nerd brain preemptively finished the sentence with “a mortal life” which made me smile and laugh at myself a little 😅
