Hoyas are def my fav genus!! Now that wishlist is growing after your video 😅🎉 The Rotundiflora def grows on you. I used to dislike it and now that I have it, i love how it looks like fuzzy packing peanuts
I just got the Rotundiflora as a cutting and can say the leaves are thick. Makes me think it’s not a super thirsty hoya. But also it’s really cute in person. Reminds me of a Mathilde if it had rounded rectangular leaves (not sure why)
Plantyyy friend here you go again making me want to get into some debt for a few more hoya! 👏🏼😮💨🤣 Some of these are already on my wishlist aswell! Also my husband is a dino fan anyway sooooo that gives me a extra nudge to work with for later on! Jk 🥴🤣 Thank you for always giving us a great planty video to binge on a Tuesday! Seriously always great timing for these! ALSO SIDE NOTE: I always think the Hoya Imbricata just gives me mutated Scindapsus Satin vibes that I can totally appreciate! 🫶🏼😩😍
You need to make a trip down to the Springs. Phelan Gardens has several of your wishlist hoyas! You can see some of them in my video coming up on Friday.
I LOVE my imbricata! Such a weird plant! I have it currently growing like tacos, but will eventually take cuttings and try it climbing. And no, the leaves are not fuzzy. More of a matte finish.
Hey Madison great video!! I have the Hoya Rotundiflora. I’ve had for almost 2 years and it’s been a pretty slow grower for me. I have the polyneura broget and the chinhungensis on the way 🫣and I have the Wilbur graves Russia on the top of my wish list ☺️
You’ve influenced me on the imbricata 😆 love the suction cup leaves and they are SO splashy Ps I’ve always thought rotundiflora leaves looked like baby platypus bills 😂
The leaves on it are not fuzzy but smooth and semi shiny. Fully opened they resemble a turtle shell. I have one and it is my most unique Hoya and I love it.
Love the Hoyas!!!!

the latifolia is often mislabeled. what you showed is a hoya sawarak.
Ohh shoot!! Thank you so much!
nobody speaks latin anymore, nobody really really knows how to pronounce latin words, don't worry about it.
Haha thank you!
