Or it is a Crassula Ovata succulent. The color on the leaves is from being in the sun, I love the colors the sun bestows on the leaves of plants. It is difficult to name a plant when they are not labeled. Again this is just another guess! I would lean more towards this name than the Kalanchoe.
See @michealallen4688 for what Takia is suppose to be. Uni's leaves are puzzling to me. I have a Kalanchoe that was purchased from a grocery store. I did internet searches and could never find my plant. Then I came across a YT vid and the woman had my plant, it had the same color and leaf shapes! Again as I have said this is still a guess! Yup back to my orginal guess. Still don't know for sure. Good luck finding out.
