- ⚠️ Taskbar and Start button is suddenly missing? We'll look at solutions for several reasons why this might happen.
Press CTRL+ESC to bring up the taskbar if it’s hiding or in an unexpected location. If that works, use Taskbar settings to reconfigure the taskbar so you can see it. If that doesn’t work, use Task Manager to run “explorer.exe”. If that doesn’t work, check for malware and possibly corrupted system files. If none of this resolves the issue, you may need to refresh or reset Windows.

No Task bar. No Start button. Windows key not working. One hour searching Google and UA-cam. Microsoft answers next to useless. 4 youtube videos before this all hopeless. Then I found this one. This happened to me now , That's why I'm here. Everything wasn't working for me. What I do , I unplugged my computer and opened again. And everything back to normal. I don't understand. Magic.

Oh my goodness, nothing I tried would get the task bar to show back up. I had to follow this all the way to the task manager "explorer" direction and it worked great! Thank you so so so much

Yeah, I had the setting too high and it's clipping.
I have a task bar but not start button in the normal place. Its not malware because it just happened immediately after I downloaded the DAMN Windows 11. That is the problem. Thanks for trying.

I’m on an iPad. I have no keyboard or windows key.
My Taskbar disappeared but it was because I accidentally hit F11 so I hit it again and it reappeared
You speakto fast to find what your asking.
I also get people telling me I speak to slowly. The UA-cam player has a speed control you can use.
