- This video describes some helpful information on installing this kit, for those that don't have a computer with a disk drive. The editing isn't great and the audio jumps a round a little bit, but I believe my information and intent are clear.

The lack of info on the install of these kits was mind boggling for me too. I’m getting ready to install mine and was thinking of doing a video for the same reason you did. Good stuff thanks!!
Happy to have helped the process. 😁
The kit isn't bad overall, but yeah the lack of info is troubling. I don't remember if the coolant pipe mod got into the video, but I cut the nipple off and capped the hole.
It didn’t but I’ll keep it in mind.
where is that tutorial bro😂 i’m looking to boost mine and this kit is one of my options
I got this car done and moved on over 2 years ago 🤣.
@@xxcoonxx8359 everything went together pretty well, I didn’t use the coolant pipe, I added a v-band for the muffler y pipe, and added a v-band gasket for the driver to passenger side exhaust manifold crossover.
Thanks for this video! I'm researching everything I can, regarding turbo systems for the 2010-2013 Camaro, as I am considering installing one...this video certainly helps!
Glad to hear it. Disk drives are getting scarce these days 😂
Bro did you removed the oil pan to drill the drain fitting ? TIA
@@joseiturbide4175 I did not. I coated the drill and tap in grease to catch the majority of it, then did an oil change afterwards
@@208Concepts thanks bud
No problem. I wish you luck, and many smiles per gallon ahead.
Hit the algorithm with the On3 in the title.
On3 is in the title, the description and the hashtags 🤣
Nice video on this kit install and the tips about this kit. Quick question for the On3 turbo kit, did you have to use the factory headers for the passenger side? Thank you for your time
That's correct. The On3 kit is built around the stock passenger side manifold.
@@208Concepts thank you
How did you bend the ac line? And did you reroute the heater hoses? Almost done with the install just the acine that doesn't clear the downpipe
I pushed it towards the compressor. It's kind of a pain but it is doable.
@@208Concepts how much is did you charge for the work?
@@juanmungaray515 I did it for the shop, so I don't know the specifics.
The turbo fits on canaro 2013 2lt
Im doing the same thing right now lol same car and same kit
Did you have issues with the hot side too close to the ac lines? Did anything melt after a long drive?
Not that we've noticed yet. The coating should help with that, and it's downstream far enough to be OK though
Where did you get the coolant hose ?
Mine is touching one of the pipes and I fear that its going to melt it
I vaguely remember rerouting it slightly or extending it. It's hard to say at this point.
@@208Concepts Looks like it might have been custom fabricated ? ( the top coolant hose near turbo )
That piece may have come with the kit. Like I said, it's been a while.
Ha, I also used the k and n intake tube for my turbo system..
The On3 pipe didn't have a freaking MAF flange in it 🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@208Concepts thats hilarious.. I couldn't get my maf to get clean readings..i just use it for the iat sensor and run speed density..
That wasn't an option on this ECU unfortunately but the MAF reading was actually stable.
What did you charge for installation? I’m currently looking to get one.
I forget how much we charged when it was all said and done.
@@208Concepts i know it’s been a year or two but did you ever find out how much the install was?😂😂
@@gavine8867 I totally spaced it and don't work for that person anymore 🤣
@@208Concepts ahhhh😂😂
Where did you get the kit from?
On3, like the title states 😁
This help out alot
That's great to hear. I'm glad I could assist 👍
@@208Concepts I want to do mind what’s a good size turbo to be perfect boost . So I can keep all stock stuff
@@leeslegacy5865 I want to say this one was a 67mm but I don't remember now.
@@208Concepts I just want the right boost for my ls3
It seems like a decent enough pairing, it's just that the torque converter wasn't too happy about it
I'm having fitment issues with the down pipe thats sits in front of the AC compressor
It is a fairly tight squeeze through there. The pipe only fits one way, and touches the compressor clutch if it's upside down.
@@208Concepts its on the right way but there is no space to in-between the pipe and the sub frame to put the v-band on, I think mine is defective
Do you think this kit would work on a Pontiac g8?
More than likely, with minimal modification. They are practically the same car.
What would it cost to install one in my 2010 SS Camaro
I'll have to ask what we charged because I honestly don't know.
Where is your shop located ?
Emmett, Idaho
Can you add this set up to a Rs V6 camaro?
Not this identical one, obviously, but I imagine a lot of the mods to the car would be the same.
how much hp/tq would this application put down do you happen to know ?
It was making 420hp and had more in it.
Technically should be able to get 600whp fairly easy around 10lb of boost. I was going to go with the on3 kit but I decided over the Huron speed kit instead. It properly merges the exhaust into the turbo, and has a forward facing orientation for better airflow.
