I get spoiled being able to come see your work in person, but when I get to view the build more objectively in these videos it really *showcases* (ohhh I get it) your talent! Some of my favorite features are the headboard, the oooga pillow, and the window panes 😅great job and would love to see a big boy video 🎉
A fab add on to an existing location - loved the stairs up to it, your custom cushions, the bed and the nuka bust 🤩 Your decorating is also so stylish and this is no exception. A fab apartment I’d love to curl up with a good book in 😊❤
Love this V. The whole industrial vibe is great. Perfect location. The sunken living room, the bed, the conduits for the fan. So many amazing details. Your decoration is always phenomenal. Thanks for sharing. If you do decide to make the walk through, I'll definitely watch. I like that part too, but understand if you don't. My mouth never cooperates with my brain. Lmao. That's why I only do 20-second intros on my videos. 😂😂
Great build V. I like that a lot. IMO you do not need to create a step by step for everything that you build. A video that showcase's your latest project is perfect. Once again just my opinion here. If you discover a new trick or interesting merge that's when your subscribers need a tutorial.

I have more footage of that but I didn’t include it because the video was already getting too long so it got chopped 😂 It’s basically a hallway to the stairs (you can see the yellow curtains below in one shot) and then a blocked off section to hide that big metal thing on the roof. I kind of made it into a locked utility closet 👨🏻🔧
I used free placed walls and built with roof pieces, I didn’t use any floors. I show some of those techniques in my recent videos, I think at the end of my eco modern mire build there are demonstrations of the blueprints I use to achieve this! 💕

the bed is all merged items! the base is three tables put together, two sleeping bags merged and the headboard is the back side of a chalkboard 💞
